I PAID my fees!!!!!! NOT my fault a hurricane came BUT I PAID and I get nothing. I talked to RCI and they confirmed it is not common practice to NOT offer some type of compensation. ! I can’t even deposit my week because YOU declared the place a disaster. AND you have the nerve to ask for money to help employee!!!! You’ve got my money I’ve got NOTHING! You don’t even deserve 1 star money hungry grabbers! No wonder your ratings are dropping!
