EasyStay has managed my properties for over a year now. We're seeing consistently higher occupancy and revenue than we were getting from our previous manager. Beautifully situated cottage with a warm pool for the small community of guests, which is private and quiet. All beach accessories were included, making our trip easy and light to pack from NY. We loved the laundry machine now inside the unit! Time saving on vacation for sure ! Our second year staying here and probably not our last. If you need anything, the hosts accommodate you if they possibly can !

I stayed at one of Grace’s Airbnb’s in Holmes beach and it was amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our group of 10, and the private beach was just a short walk away. Grace replied to our messages right away. We will definitely be returning!

EasyStay made my trip to Indian Rocks a breeze. Communication with the property management was excellent, and I had an easy time getting in to the home.
