We had a fantastic stay at the Seaside Sanctuary! It was extremely clean and steps away from the beach! Stephanie left us a welcome gift which my kids devoured! The beds were unbelievable comfortable. We felt so relaxed. Stephanie was extremely responsive to my questions. We can't wait to come back again. We really felt at home! The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and we had everything we needed and more!

At least the 10th time we have stayed at Seaside Sanctuary and have spent most of the last 30 summers at AMI. It’s a wonderful place. Steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Perfect beach vacation. Stephanie is always responsive. Already booked next year.

Stephanie is a wonderful host!! Everything was absolutely perfect from the accommodations (so clean) to the use of the Electric Bikes & kayaks! The location right in the mix of all of the best of Sarasota was wonderfull! We plan to return!!

Stephanie is an amazing host and kind person. Her husband, Mike, was pleasant as well. Stephanie was flexible with dates and times to help us with scheduling. She was responsive to questions. The carriage house was clean and well equipped. The electric bikes and free trolley system made it easy to access all that downtown Sarasota, Lido Key, and Siesta Key have to offer. We had a great stay!

This vacation spot is perfect. The location cannot be beat. Peaceful setting with a private pool and the Gulf boasts its beautiful sunsets across the street. The home is spotless and new with lots of room. A big plus is that it is pup-friendly!

Each rental we have stayed in is always immaculately clean. Beds are soooo comfortable. Stephanie is available always and responds very quickly to questions and needs/wants. When we are in the area, we don't stay with anyone else. Highly recommend them and any of their properties! We always have a great stay and great experience.

The house was cozy and the pool with privacy made our vacation amazing. It’s close to the public beach and to all of the attractions we were interested in. We had our small dog with us and it was very dog friendly. The owner was very accommodating. Loved it!

Great stay at this excellent rental! Perfect for my adult son and I to use while visiting family in the area. Close to the airport and Lido Beach Resort (where other family was staying). Great book of local recommendations. Kitchen had just what we needed to enjoy for some Thanksgiving left overs and a quick coffee in the morning. Mostly used for showering and sleeping, but very comfy. Perfect!

We loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The beds were very comfy. The location is PERFECT!! The beach is just steps from the driveway. Stephanie was a great host. The island is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again.

Our accommodations at The Seaside Sanctuary were fabulous! Stephanie, our host, was a true delight. Always quick to reply to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we were only “steps away” from the pristine sands of the beach here at Anna Maria Island. The restaurants we ate at on the island were awesome! We strongly recommend putting Fischer Vacation Rentals at the top of your list!

We had a wonderful time at the Pink Palm. It’s a beautiful house with everything we could’ve asked for, very neat and clean, beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet, residential part on Siesta Key, but a quick drive to the beach, shops, dining, and close to the leading Sarasota and surrounding areas. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location-5 stars! Really enjoyed having beach towels and kitchen supplies. My family of 4 had plenty of space and would definitely stay again! We rented beach supplies (chairs/umbrellas) but that’s pretty typical and worth it since every day was gorgeous and sunny!

Great place and location! Perfect for a family vacation

We absolutely loved staying at the Carriage House. The location is perfect. Close to the cute historic downtown area and the neighborhood is lovely. The bikes are what sold us and they didn't disappoint. Stephanie was extremely helpful and communicative and I would definitely stay again any time I return to Sarasota.

Fischer Vacation Rentals are very professional & efficient. They were friendly & very helpful with our requests/needs. The home is cozy & comfortable. We especially enjoyed the location close to the beaches, grocery stores & shopping. The screened porch & ample dock space on the canal were our "at home paradise." The parking & beach equipment were appreciated. We definitely will come back!

Great house. Tons of room. Tons of supplies, kitchen accessories, towels, beach accessories etc. Great backyard and pool. House just off a main road but you hear nothing. Super quiet. 7-10 mins to SK public beach, 5-7 to SK Village. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay at The Carriage House was fabulous. We felt so welcome with a nice basket of snacks and beverages cold in the fridge. The guest house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could/would need was there. It is a nice quiet area and very walkable to so many stores, restaurants and other activities. Stephanie is an exceptional host and we definitely want to return to take advantage of bikes and possibly kayaks. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our stay was wonderful and the property provided everything we needed. The pool was wonderful along with the outdoor grilling. We had fun playing ping pong and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the beach. Our host was attentive and I strongly recommend a stay.

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable, clean, and cute beach house! The best part is the amazing location. You are just steps from a gorgeous beach and we could walk to shops, good food (Sandbar and Waterfront were both great), and ice cream. The area feels private and peaceful. We will come back!

Look no further for the most perfect of rentals on Ana María Island- peaceful, comfortable, super clean, all amenities needed for a perfect relaxed vacation and within steps of the beach. I’m so glad we chose Stephanie as our hostess. She was very accessible to any questions we had. We even got to meet her in person which was super cool cause she’s super nice. We consider this our home away from home and will be our choice for our next visit to this gorgeous island. Thank you Stephanie for being such a gracious and kind hostess.

Fantastic stay at Longboat Breeze! This was our second year. The house is perfect for us with open floor plan, wonderful heated caged pool with a view of the canal and right across from the beach on the Gulf. Great location and quiet! Stephanie is a pleasure to deal with. Great communication and very accommodating. Overall AWESOME!!!

The house is in a nice neighborhood. We loved the swimming pool and the dog really enjoyed the backyard. We did have some issues with the appliances (dryer and refrigerator) but Stephanie and her husband were able to get the issues fixed. The beds were way too firm for us to sleep comfortably. They were like sleeping on a wooden board,. We left early due to the inability to sleep. If it hadn't been for the beds, the vacation would have been okay.
