We have been using FWC Property Management for several years for our property in Bradenton. We have been very satisfied with them and our property manager Aimee Bahk who has always been very accessible and responsive to our tenants and to us whenever a need came up. Aimee has a knack to find the best tenants that were always a good fit! I would highly recommend them.

I have been leasing my primary residence via Florida WestCoastPropertyManagement for almost 5 years now and am extremely happy with the service provided by Aimee Bahk and her team. Any maintenance requests have been responded to immediately and resolved with an urgency not often seen when dealing with a property management company.
