Please, do not ever rent a house from Heather Olson. She is a scam artist and she will take advantage of you. She took $6000 from my family and they were left homeless for days because of her unlivable conditions. The house was not at all as pictured, had several code violations, was dirty, and didn’t even have running water. She changed her number and is ghosting us now. Her reputation is poor, and she has been taken to small-claims court numerous times. I wish I had looked her up before doing business with her.

Heather Olsen WAS a realtor that I trusted when I moved to FL in 2021. She rented me a house owned by her husband. I paid rent for several months prior to actually moving in. One day prior to my move in and I was paying to reserve it, there was a drunk individual staying at the house and greeted a delivery that I had. Tye individual left behind fast food garbage. Heather was not any help with the situation. The house was very different than photographed. The pool area was quite dangerous with many chips and cracks in the area around the pool.
