Very good from a remote landlord perspective. We had a lot of advice on getting the house ready to rent. A good tenant was placed very quickly. Gulf Income Properties uses a transparent accounting platform that let's us see exactly when funds are available and where they are used. Rental payments were dispersed to our account as expected. This company has very low standards and does not verify the work of their contractors. They tried showing my place while it was a completely unsuitable which prolonged the tenant move-in process. I had to stop doing service with them because of the lack of communication and disregard for standards. I do not recommend at all.

After interviewing several management companies, we chose Gulf Income Properties and have not been disappointed. Terrance handled the transfer from our previous manager, who was difficult to work with, effortlessly. 2635 Arnold is the cutest place i have seen in Sarasota! It has vintage charm throughout the entire property, in the good way, not code for beat. The kitchen has original cabinetry but it's in mint, clean condition. The wood floors are flawless and the remodeled bath room is a piece of artwork. We recently signed a lease through this property management company, and the experience was great from start to finish. Brandon was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Finding and securing a new place to live has been very stressful, but Brandon made everything feel as smooth and manageable as possible. He was always available to answer questions and kept us updated every step of the way.
