We stayed at Sea Shell condo 407, Im giving a 5 star for Holly Harris the condo rental host, easy to contact and fast response and asked several times if we needed anything. Great communication! As for the condo I'm going to give a 4 star, it was clean and taken care of. Does need more comfortable seating in living room and on balcony. There is seating but not really comfortable for 6 people. Also bedroom doors are not able to lock. If you’re changing people can walk in on you. There is some beach gear, and towels. No chairs, If you use the towels you have to wash them before you leav…

Absolutely loved loved loved our stay here! We were here for a week and Holly made sure we felt welcomed and also went out of her way to help us on our check out day when we had an issue come up with our rental. So helpful. Not to mention how welcoming and at home we felt the entire week we were there. The only regret was having to leave. If your going to vacation anywhere near siesta key I recommend booking with this company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! We used VRBO for a MONTHLY rental of a condo that was managed by this company. The condo was described in THREE different places as having an elevator....and yes there is one but it is not operational and hasn't been for TWO years!!! This company had ample opportunity to disclose this condition with several emails and VRBO messages and they choose not to. We only discovered the elevator being broken upon arrival. We stayed at Cozy Cove unit #4 with our extended family of 6 including 2 children. We had a great experience; everything was there included beach chairs, toys, wagon, etc etc. It felt like we were in our own place. When we had any questions, Holly would right away respond. Communication was excellent. We cooked all our meals in the apartment and the kitchen was fully stocked. The place was clean and welcoming. Walking distance to the beach and ample parking. We will definitely come back again!

Enjoyed the stay in this spacious condo had plenty of room even for guests as well. Master bedroom is very large even has a sitting area. Great beach access, as well as the bay view so best of both worlds. Traffic noise on the balcony since it faces the bridge, but the large doors block it out for the most part. Clean unit but a little dated. Close to Captain Curts and Daiquiri Deck. Great swimming pool with a lot of sun exposure, lots of chairs around the pool. All tennis, and pickle ball courts were in tip top shape.

As always, Vicky takes very very good care of us. Would recommend home and condo rentals to anybody.

So, about our vacation in this complex SEA SHELL. The owner of this institution knows exactly what needs to be adjusted to improve the conditions of the complex. I think that in every institution of this type there is always something to work on, since there will always be competition and someone always offers something better or worse. THE ONLY QUESTION IS WHY YOU CAME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN SIESTA KI!! Therefore, I will not describe what I like or dislike during my stay here. I Came for the Sea, the Sun and the Beach. Quite possibly the easiest and most communicative vacation agency to book with! From detailed emails with every piece of information, possibly needed for check-in and use of the condo to the ease of the checkout process to the friendliest and helpful staff, everything was amazing! Holly absolutely deserves a big fat raise!!! She is amazing!

We loved this place. It was close to everything. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home not a hotel. The pool was very refreshing. The beach was very close and within walking distance. We will definitely be back!×
