We highly recommend this property management and rental company! We own a manufactured home in North Port and used their services to rent out the unit long term. It took a couple months but Jessica got the job done! Not only did she find us a tenant, she secured them and us in a two year lease. More recently I recommended Jessica to a friend with a home in Rotunda West. She managed to get that one rented in about one month! Everyone I have dealt with at the office is professional and helpful, if you to want to rent out your property or are looking to rent one, they are great to work with!

Terrible experience from start to finish. The air conditioning broke and we were left without it for over a week (9 days!), which made it impossible to stay in the apartment. On top of that, a water leak was never fixed despite repeated issues. When the lease ended in July, they suddenly insisted on a 45-day notice period that was never clear in the beginning. After moving out, I left the apartment in excellent condition, yet they still deducted $100 from my deposit with no warning, no explanation, and no transparency.
