I asked for guidance on possible rental options of my property and Stephanie took a great deal of time and effort to explain those options available to me. These included seasonal and annual, furnished and unfurnished. This was everything I needed and now I can decide on moving ahead.

We have been engaged with Horse and Chaise for over 2 years now. We have leased three of our properties with them. The deliver professional and personal service to owners and tenants alike.

Arrived at house and found no propane in the grill's propane tank. Requested Horse and Chase refill it and was told that it was on me. Didn't think it was right that I rent house for the month and they refuse to fill a 20 gallon tank. Like them giving me a electric stove and no plug for it. Not good.

I had an issue with my A/C after being out of town for 2 weeks. Went on the tenant portal to request maintenance and had a call back within minutes. They sent Bowersox out the same day. I am very pleased with the level of service.

We were very pleased with the service and prompt response to issues with our vacation rental in Bahia Vista, IE153. Our representative, Heather, was excellent. We loved this condo and the owners were very accommodating to an unavoidable plumbing repair.

A wonderful company. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and with competent personnel.

RENTERS BEWARE!!!! DO NOT RENT through Horse and Chaise!!! They will keep your security deposit when the lease expires making false claims about how the property was left upon vacating. They are absolutely flat out lies!!! You will be forced to fight to get your money back in a court of law because they will try and keep it. The process for renting was easy and reminders sent at the appropriate times. We did have a few minor issues within the first week at the unit and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the Horse & Chase maintenance crew came to address them. We had concerns about getting access to the unit but H & C has it covered with a special "lock box" for renters to access. We hope to work with them again some time. We have rented through Horse and Chaise Rentals and Property Management, Inc. multiple times over the past decade. The properties and services have been excellent. Our most recent stay was in a beautiful three-bedroom house only an eight-minute walk from the beach and ten minutes from downtown Venice. A lovely property, a great area to walk, and convenient for anything we wanted. We plan to rent with Horse and Chaise again this winter.
