We have been using itrip as our property manager for the past eight years. We highly recommend their services. They made renting out the condo a seamless process for us and managed all the needs of the renters in a timely basis It was very satisfying as an out of state owner that our property was well taken care of in a owner like fashion.

We recently hired iTrip to manage our rental in Siesta Key and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. They rented our house out for 5 weeks already and they have done a great job of preparing the house for the guests. Everyone seems to be happy with the rental and the communication between us and them has been great. Highly recommend if you are looking for a management company.

We use iTrip Vactions Siesta Key to rent our vacation condo. iTrip is extremely helpful and responsive. They use the newest software and list on multiple platforms to ensure us the most listings. We don't have to lift a finger! Rentals are managed quickly and professionally. Nothing is ever overlooked. We highly, highly recommend.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays! If this property in available for the dates you need, reserve it now. The house was immaculate with comfortable beds and plenty of towels, for bath and beach. The location is perfect - 4 minutes walk to the beach and a block away from the best restaurants and shopping in Siesta Key village. I spend half of my year on the road and have never in my life seen such incompetence from anyone that we've ever procured lodging from. Two nights out of four with no AC, deafening construction noise, fire alarms going off, the works. The company would rather insult you through Airbnb's message system than to actually provide any compassion or compensation. This was an outstanding experience. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms right on Siesta Beach! They also have three heated pools. The unit we stayed was recently renovated with nice fixtures and amenities (to include washer, dryer, and beach equipment). The private beach is, by far, the highlight! I highly recommend!!!

We always love our stay! The apartment is clean. Managment is very responsive. If you are looking for a nice quiet peaceful place but, minutes from the beach and The Village, this is the place!

Friendly and responsive but not effective in the least for issues we encountered. Booked a unit for 9 days. Left after only using the unit for 3 nights. Sent photos and videos of our issues. No partial refund, no discount, no other unit to move to. I even met the actual owner of the unit and showed him the issues with the unit and the videos I took. While he offered no remedy, he did say he had no idea the unit had the issues it did, basically saying the management company wasn't doing their job. Thanks so much to iTrip! We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and well-equipped, and we spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony. The location on Siesta Key was perfect; the white sand, the water shallow for quite a ways from shore. Such a pleasant experience!

Rented a condo in Harbor Towers in February through iTrip and had a wonderful experience. Rental process was seamless and thorough, and they could not have been more accommodating while we were there. We had no issues and were very impressed with their staff. Will definitely use iTrip Sarasota again!

The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet & we really enjoyed the pool. The beds were soft & comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious & super clean. The kitchen had plenty of utensils & dishes & a regular drip coffee maker, which was great for brewing a full pot instead of one cup at a time. Great temperature-controlled condo in an excellent location. Wonderful restaurant practically next door. Lovely patio out back with a dock and the ocean as your backyard. Very clean, with the beach only three minutes away. Beach towels, chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen were provided. Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay at this house. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and having the beach cart and supplies was great since we flew. Large TV (new) which was nice during March Madness.

We had a fantastic time here in Siesta Key! The condo unit was huge with a lovely lanai overlooking the little pond. Our tween spent all her time “at home” sitting at the table on it. Well stocked kitchen too. Our friends from the area stopped by one day and have mentioned multiple times what a great spot it was and such a cute private community. The community grills were great, pool and tennis/pickle ball courts were well maintained. Our son loved fishing on the IC dock. We had an easy walk to the gorgeous beach and there’s a crosswalk right there. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a lovely experience at this peaceful home in Sarasota. We ate breakfast every morning in the screened in porch, had restful sleep, and the open living room, dining and kitchen made it easy to connect as a family. Lido Key, Longboat Key and Siesta Key were all an easy car ride from this home. Sarasota has amazing food, art and wonderful vintage shops. The hosts were helpful and there if we needed it. We will definitely be going back to Sarasota and to this beautiful home.

I used iTrip to book at Gulf and Bay club Bayside, I've been staying there for years and the process of booking and checking in/out has only gotten easier over time. The location and condo are excellent of course, but working with iTrip was also super smooth. You get reminders about your stay, the send you the door code when your booking starts so you can get straight in. The checkout process was also simple and easy and if anything comes up during the trip you can text them and they are extremely responsive and helpful. 10/10 and will be using them again in the future.

Beautiful home. All the things needed for wonderful trip. Didn’t have to bring anything. Had bikes and chairs and umbrellas and coolers and towels. The home has its own pool for staying home. Big open kitchen. The location is back behind the grocery store in the village. It is a few long blocks walk for the young and elders. It’s the same distance to the beach one way and the village the other. Wonderful time.

We have really enjoyed staying at Lulu’s. Great location, clean, nice pool and good communication with the management. We had some difficulties this year with the WiFi, but otherwise, it was great!

We visited Lido Key this January and had a great experience! Communication with iTrip was easy and the staff is super helpful. The property was clean, well taken care of, and exactly as described. We loved being able to walk to St. Armands Circle and to Lido Beach! We've stayed at many rentals in the past, but we'll definitely be back to stay with iTrip next time. Highly recommend!

The house we rented was in a great location, close to the village with a beautiful lanai pool area that opens to the main living area. It needed a little bit of maintenance on a few things but we really enjoyed our stay. On the maintence needs, iTrip was very responsive and easy to contact. I would recommend them for sure!

Super people, fast to meet vacationers needs. One time a rental had noise problems and they were able to relocate us quickly and saved our vacation fun! Rock star agency!!!

The ladies at iTrip Sarasota were very informative and helpful before and throughout our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. However, the owner of the condo allowed a real estate agent access without notice to either iTrip or us. They just came right in using the door code the owner provided. There was also a backup of the kitchen sink which prevented use of the sink, dishwasher and washer for nearly two days. Both these incidents the iTrip team responded to very quickly and did what they could keeping us informed.

Top place to stay!!! This is our second time saying at this location. We love it at this location for multiple reasons -Location -Beautiful Place -Pool (Directly outside the unit) -Private Beach Access -Restaurants in walking distance And most importantly you feel like you are at home. This was our annual family vacation, our first visit to Siesta Key and our experience was excellent. The condo was exactly as described. The communication from the time we booked and throughout our stay was excellent. There was an issue with the washer that made it unavailable for our stay. We had flown to our destination and packed expecting to have the washer/dryer available. Location, location, location! It doesn't get any better than Crystal Sands on Siesta Key Beach. The villa is clean, spacious, secure and very comfortable. It felt like home after a couple days and it was very painful to leave. A couple things to note. Parking in front of some of the villa's and the garages are quite tight. Get a very compact car if you will be parking there. The general parking area is fine for all size vehicles. A few things that can be improved is things like grab bars for seniors. Beautiful, clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. They have thought of everything and have all the appliances we’ve needed for our week at the beach! The neighborhood pool is steps away and is a sweet, calm place to enjoy with the family. We’ve enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Good location. Quiet, few minute walk to Crescent beach. Place was clean and had everything. Pool nice and kept clean as well as the landscape. Plenty of room. Very easy to book and always checked on us via text.

Our stay was great! The condo is small, but was perfect for our family of 6! Very well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer were an added bonus! Great place!!! Has everything you need, just like being at home. You have your own pool, garage, patios, grill, and some extras for the beach. Private single story family home with plenty of space for the whole family…and just a stones throw to the beach. You are also right off of Canal Street…so on a busy holiday weekend you can beat any traffic on Beach Rd with quick access to the village. And, no need to venture far, enriching you need and want is here…but being a Floridian, I took some day trips to St. Pete, Tampa, etc…this is a great base camp.

A magnificent place! My family and I do not have one negative thing to say about this stay. The house was modern and extremely clean. The pool and backyard were perfect. We had a terrible experience dealing with Itrip vacations, where they violated our privacy and were insensitive to it. Someone barged in my unit while my husband and I were having an intimate moment. This is really uncomfortable to write but for the purpose of expressing the severity or the situation I must explain. We were undressed and buyers who had codes to our locked door walked in , without knocking or prior warning. This was the most embarrassing and traumatising moment we have experienced. Great communication. Received all important information via email prior to our arrival, including door code. Email contained lots of great suggestions for activities. I messaged the vacation contact for something during our stay and received a prompt response. Rental was very clean and spacious. When you map the address and arrive, the unit isn't marked very well on the outside. Keep in mind the garage is on the bottom and the rental is on the second floor. Perfect size unit for the 3 of us. We enjoyed all our meals on the balcony and watched the manatees and fish jump. Kitchen was supplied with all our needs. It was a short walk to the free trolley that took us wherever we wanted to go on the key. We will definitely be back!

Another month of vacation at the San Marco (condo). Wonderful place relax and enjoy the things we take for granted in life. The Unit was clean and had all comforts/ amenities of home, ITRIP staff was courteous and met our all needs. Bottom line - We plan to return next year. BTW - Venice is a gem of a Fla vacation location, close to Sarasota , many quality restaurants and great local shopping.

I have used many different rental companies in my travels and this was the first vacation rental I have ever had that I didn’t have to call maintenance even one time for something broken or missing. Very nice place, just a short walk to the beach and it is surrounded by great restaurants, shops and just about everything we needed. The apartment we rented was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzie just outside our suite. My wife and I loved it and are planning on returning in the summer. Big Al May 2024.

Great stay at Crescent Beach in Siesta Key. It was easy to book and smooth email communication with iTrip. Also saved $$$ on rental fees. They give discounts on local activities and we took them up on their offer with a free ticket, booking a morning Mimosa Dolphin tour. We tried to book a double kayak eco tour since one of us is older, but their discount only covered a free single kayak rental. Checkout was really easy, didn’t have to do a bunch of laundry or wait for dishes to dry to be put away. I absolutely loved staying here!!! Came down on Memorial Day weekend and got very comfortable as soon as we walked in. The main attraction is Lido beach which is a minute drive or a very short walk away. Having two full bathrooms was so essential to getting ready to visit St. Armand’s to get something to eat and drink. The pool that is 10 steps away from the back enterance is crystal clear and very well taken care of. It felt like our own private pool with no one in it. I couldn’t ask for a cleaner home to stay in. 10/10 I will be coming back.

Great location! Large enough for everyone to have their own space. Condo needs updating and some new appliances . Also there are not enough bath towels in the unit so you are constantly washing towels, and the decorating and statues are a bit odd. But overall a beautiful place to spend time away with family and friends.

perfect location! amazing pool area is super clean and quiet ,it's semi-private w only 4 units sharing. included washer dryer and beach items is a big perk. only negatives are mattress is a little stiff and the pullout couch bed didn't flatten all the way - not sure if mattress or bed issue, but fine for our 6y/o, would not have worked for an adult. Overall, would stay again!

Midnight Cove II is a beautiful property quiet and activities on property are accessible and cove is fun for sitting and fishing. Unit 731 is a well kept clean and refreshing unit with balcony they overlooks cove. Our property hosts were responsive to communications via text chatbot, and the bonus of a unit laundry was great for keeping linens and clothes fresh for the stay. Trolley and use of public transport was easy from MCII and the short walk to the market, coffee, Mini Donuts & bait shop and dining near bridge made it convenient for evenings and not having to travel to village. Such a fabulous location and stunning home. Everything we could ever need was included on the property and it's so close to the beach. Filtered water was a plus and great vegan options available nearby. We will be coming back and reccomending friends.

I’ve worked with iTrip Vacations for several years renting a condo in Siesta Key. They have been responsive and professional in all dealings with me. The 3 bd condo in Harbor Towers they manage is a pleasure to stay in. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The condo is well located. It's on the lagoon side where it's quiet and green and the beach is a very short walk across the street. When you want to go to Siesta village, you can hop on the trolley at a stop in front of the complex. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable and fine for our one- week stay. It's unfortunate there isn't a separate lanai.

This condo was super spacious and open. The property grounds were very well taken care of and tropical. The unit had all the items you need for a great beach vacation. Communication was great and always had a quick response when needed. Great location to everything! (Beach, coffee, food, entertainment) Pickleball courts were a huge hit for us (just bring your own pickleball paddles)

The unit was very nice. The kitchen and master bath were new and nicely done. The pool area was a little small but nice. Too much walking for us to go to the beach and close parking was difficult. We enjoyed touring the area and went to Long Boat Key, Venice, St. Armonds and Sarasota.

We stayed for 2 weeks at a itrip siesta sands rental. The view was great. The complex is very nice and clean, close to the gulf. The unit was spartan (except for beachy decor) and uncomfortable. It is overdue for a deep clean and new furniture. The balcony furniture cushions were all ripped and dirty. One had plastic bags stuffed into it. The view was blocked by a huge beach cart with dirty and rusted beach chairs. We were constantly moving it to sit on balcony. There are 2 lamps in the unit; one in LR and tiny one in BR. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This cozy and quiet condo became our home away from home for three weeks. It’s quiet, and welcoming here! The place is well stocked and clean. We loved the clean, bright, spacious and comfortable facilities at Harbor Towers. Very nice swimming pool and lounging areas, and a short walk to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Handy, updated exercise room. Our bedroom had a terrific king sized bed, with a large closet and a lanai with furniture and great views. The living room included a new tv, couch, chairs and a nearby dining table next to the kitchen. The bathroom had a clean, new shower. The people were friendly and the staff were helpful and available. We’d love to return here and highly recommend Harbor Towers to others.

Condo was great had everything we needed for our stay. WIFI equipment issues, out of everyone control. Was resolved in a timely manner. Staff did great staying in touch with us and expressed her appreciation of our understanding. One minor note, condo may have been empty for a while, a few dust balls. We would use your services for our next trips.

There is a common saying that location is everything, well Lulu's Loggerhead in Siesta Key just starts with that! We spent 2 awesome weeks there in the beautiful upstairs condo with every amenity you can think of. Add to that a beautiful wrap around porch and a heated pool. Remember I talked a bout location? Well the condo was less than a 5 minute walk from the Siesta Key Village bars and restaurants and a 7 minute walk to the #1 rated beach in the US! (and the beach chairs, umbrellas, travel wagon etc. come with the rental. This was our second stay at LuLu's and it won't be our last!

This is the third time my wife and I have reserved the same condo near Armand's Circle, near Lido Beach. Everything has always gone well and we are very happy with iTrip Vacations Siesta Key and the facilities they manage.

Amazing views, clean and lack of clutter was the best. Itrip was easy to work with and Lorretta was just the nicest!

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I feel this needs addressing. We stayed in E-503 and the carpets and furniture were filthy. The unit smells of cigarette smoke when you first enter the unit. If you walk barefoot in the unit, the bottoms of your feet are black from the dirt. The furniture which is outdated needs cleaning as well. We had to use sheets to cover the dirty fabric. The kitchen is a joke. There is only room for one person to cook or prepare meals. I've been in galleys on boats bigger than this. The kitchen does have a new refrigerator but is too big for the kitchen. Yo…

We had an amazing trip and experience booking with iTrip. We stayed at the Beach Club in Siesta Key and it was perfect. The unit was clean and the location is great. I would definitely go back in the future.

We enjoyed time on the beach, at the pool and walking to the local restaurant and retail shops. The beach chairs available for use are also a nice added touch. This is our second year visiting this location and we absolutely love it!! Right off the beach, unit is perfect and you can walk or take a quick Uber ride to where ever you need to go!! Definitely recommend.

This is our second time staying in this unit, and the owners have made some nice updates since our last stay. The unit is absolutely gorgeous with great views and only a few steps to the beach. The unit is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Our only complaint for this stay was that the office now requires a $40 cash deposit to access the gym. This was not the case in the past and, since we rarely carry cash, it was definitely an inconvenience. We are looking forward to returning soon!

We rented a home on Siesta Key through iTrip, and we could not be more pleased. We had a few small issues during our rental and the people at iTrip were ultra-responsive in resolving them. I cannot say enough good things about iTrip.

This was our first time in Siesta Key and we could not be more pleased with the accommodations iTrip Vacations provided. There was comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, plenty of divided space for privacy and relaxation, and a lovely lanai to enjoy mornings. Absolutely love the Kingston Arms. The unit is immaculate, furnishes are updated and the unit is quiet. There is a pool and hot tub onsite that is well kept! That being said, this unit is at the hub of everything! Excellent variety of shops and restaurants, as well as being close to the beach! We’ve stayed here multiple times for long durations. Love it!

The house was just as described in the listing.  It was extremely clean and well maintained.  We  had everything we needed for a pleasant twelve night stay.  The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, there were lots of towels (including beach towels) and each bathroom was provided with shampoo, conditioner and soap.  The decor was very appealing and the living room furniture was extremely comfortable.  The keyless entry was very convenient and there was a garage to park our car.  It was very pleasant to sit on the back patio or the fishing dock with lovely views across the water…

Our happy place we return to year after year. Siesta Key and all of Sarasota area, including Venice are just unbelievably beautiful places with great beaches, shopping, restaurants and charm. Great art festivals, antiques and music scenes in these easy to navigate cities and quaint historic downtown’s and villages. We had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location and an easy walk to the white sand beautiful beach. We really enjoyed the on-site pickleball and tennis courts, swimming pool, and fishing pier on the bay. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including full kitchen and outdoor balcony.

Midnight cove II ( unit 614) is a clean -updated unit that's very close to the pool with dedicated gated beach access just across the road. We find not being directly on the beach to be much cleaner,quieter and more relaxing. great value !! Close to the beach but away from the Hi Traffic areas!!
