She is responsive to our needs as well as the needs of our renters. Had an excellent experience with Jennette Properties when we recently signed a lease for an annual rental. The agent assigned was Ronda and she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This was our first experience renting while looking for a property to purchase in Sarasota. Our agent was Alison Hunter and from our very first encounter to our last, she was amazing! Alison responded the same day to any requests or issues (minor) we may have had. If service was needed, she made sure to have someone at the property sometimes the same day. Hurricane Victims! My wife and I would have been absolute TOAST if it weren't for Marge!!! She found us a place 2 days after Helene and it was Perfect! She was a constant beacon of help throughout our hard time. I would recommend her and the Jennette folks to anyone!!

Chrissie Cummings of Jennette Properties made our first long term rental in Florida a great experience. Chrissie was very knowledgeable about the available properties, amenities included and locations. All of our rental paperwork was handled timely and accurately. Through her guidance and hard work we found exactly what we were looking for. During our stay, Chrissie, as the property manager continued to be available and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We have already booked for next year and look forward to working with Chrissie again.

Stay away! I spent over $24,000 for a two month rental in Siesta Key that was managed by Toyia. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The house had zero outdoor furniture. The kitchen was supplied with a mishmash and inadequate amount of dishes and cutlery. They didn’t even provide a vacuum cleaner! And the worst part, they never disclosed there was an active construction site building a new home directly next-door. Can you imagine spending $24,000 for 60 days listening to construction workers and trucks all day long starting at 7 AM. No consideration was provided for the abuse I endu…

Roxanne was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful when we needed things fixed and was very responsive to communication. She was especially accommodating to our special needs as temporary renters.

Rented through this agency for 10 years and they never even publicly reported the rental. And finding records internally was just as hard. Made it almost impossible to find a new place. Mike was never available to verify information and never made the necessary information available inside their own company for other agents to assist either. Never got anything fixed. Had to spend money out of my own pocket just to make the place livable. And then he stole $1600 in deposits that was supposed to be returned to us only returning $400 of the $2000 to us. The owners told him there was no rent due f…
