Awful service. Update 5/5/2026 - look at the response from management! A clear violation of their fiduciary duties to me as a management company discussing private matters in a public setting. Absolute unprofessionalism and this lady Nancy Lucas thinks she’s not going to get sued. Comical. Airing people’s personal PRIVATE business publicly and even adding sheriffs office. Total violation of fiduciary duty.

Our community had gone completely down hill since this company had started managing it. Areas In Disrepair, no response to issues. Selective enforcement. Beware of any community that is managed by them. Nothing good to say here

It is interesting that management and its associates are capable of responding quickly to a Google review, yet calls and emails from homeowners go unanswered. Perhaps the same level of attention given to online reputation should also be applied to actually communicating with the residents you are responsible for serving. Answering the phone or responding to emails would likely resolve many issues long before they escalate. The company has repeatedly failed to comply with contractual obligations, including conducting required property walk-throughs. There is also a concerning pattern of noncompliance with Florida statutory requirements related to the timely production of records. Aside from Monica, there is a notable lack of accountability, competence, and follow-through among staff. This is especially troubling given the expectations established at the time of contract renewal. Jaime has been exceptional from the first week she took over my condo complex. The previous management never took my calls or address the wiring issue despite meeting the property manager in person with two years of complaints. She immediately addressed the issue and the electrical issue was replaced. Over the years she has taken my calls at all hours and surprisingly even weekends with my emergencies. I just closed on my home Jan 2025 and the HOA process has been unorganized. I never received a letter in the mail about maintenance dues or a welcome package 5 months after closing. My maintenance fees and late fees were racking up without my knowledge. The Frontsteps website is easy to navigate however the accounts (homeowner and master) are not associated which is understandable but both should be accessible in the same user account. I had to create 2 different accounts on 2 different email accounts. It is an inconvenience and the company should notify new homeowners of this. I don't find it…

Management and Associates manages our community. Recently had an issue with overgrown trees affecting my property. 1 simple email and Jamie had it handled. Communication and follow up were everything I could ask for. Even as we went through hurricane clean-up and crews were working on emergencies only, she continued to communicate and ultimately fit the resolution into the crew's schedule. I am very impressed with Jamie and Management Associates

This company is terrible. The lack of communication with members is astounding. They literally held up the closing of my condo for 2 months. The fees are outrageous for our association with minimal amenities and those amenities are not maintained. Any work done is cheap because they won't pay for good help and not sure what they do with the rest of the monthly dues the are extorting from condo owners. Beware of any property managed by this company.

Please go through all of the reviews.. you will note almost all of the positive reviews are current or past employees… I am a “customer” of M.A. they overstep the most basic HOA deficiency letters without even consulting with the HOA they are writing the letters for… they always expect a response in 14 days or less, yet they never are able to do that themselves, if you are thinking about hiring M.A. DON’T…

Your website says you’re open 8-4 Monday through Friday. The sign on the front door of your business says you’re open 8-4 Monday through Friday. The recorded message on your voicemail says you’re open 8-4 Monday through Friday. Yet here I am, having taken hours off work on a Friday afternoon to come purchase my car stickers in person, at your office, which is the only method you allow, and I’m greeted by an entitled employee locking the front door telling me you all “close at 1 on Friday’s” during the summer. Terrible experience. I asked them to do my house numbers for months and it took over a year to do. My packages kept going to wrong houses! For over a year!! Then they came at me with a fence that is not even permanent. We leave it out there sometimes because my husband has a broken back and can’t take the dogs out for walks and they need a place to potty. The fence is not permanent and we take it down! Ridiculous, they never communicate and when they do, they try to come at you and are not understanding. Looks like I’m looking for a new place to live soon!

I've had a very positive experiences with Mgmt. & Assoc. as they worked with me to resolve an issue I had with my unit. They were responsive and got the job done professionally and accurately.
