They are the worst! They definitely don't know how to manage. They send letters to people that aren’t offenders and don’t send to those that are definitely breaking all rules!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The HOA fees have almost doubled since I purchased my home in 21’. They won’t say where exactly the money goes. An example, “Landscaping enhancements- $4400 for the year” yet Southern Oaks Grove still looks like crap. Landscaping on a bi-monthly service costs almost $29000 for the year. How? Not to mention that we are having to pay for the builders original screw up of the retention ponds. Lastly, Jeff is completely incompetent and no one picks up the phone.

Living in a community where homes are valued at over $300,000 yet residents park on their lawns is quite concerning. This behavior detracts from the overall value of the neighborhood, which is evident to anyone observing the situation. It seems that McNeil Management expects homeowners to continue paying HOA fees while some residents treat their lawns as parking spaces. If there was ever a need for negative stars it would be needed 10000000 times over for McNeil non-management services. The owner came to our meeting last night and made it crystal clear they do not have the communities interests in mind. Awful, horrible, deceptive, nonhuman garbage. Absolutely disgusting. My sole life’s goal is to get rid of this trash and never look back! Be ashamed, close your doors!

Jennifer who works for McNeil is the best. She goes above and beyond to make things happen. I called her yesterday regarding a community tree who’s branches were over my roof and this morning I awoke to a tree company removing those same branches. What service!!! Thank you again.

The lady that answered the phone helped establish me on their website & submitted a request 4 a new fence. She was very patient, pleasant & informative. It took 3 calls, but she stuck with me until I completed the request. Thank u.
