We own a few condos in SRQ and this management company is by far the best I’ve worked with!

I have a issue with the condo that I purchased. It's the COA'S responsibility to repair it. Mike Miller has been dragging his feet for over a month. He had a company come out within the first week and he said that the board wanted another bid. The second company didn't come out until almost a month later. I can't even live in my condo until it has been fixed. Mike Miller doesn't care.
