Ocean Blue Community Management Reviews

Recently started managing our community and it has been painful so far to say the least. Many residents had auto pay setup with them and when our HOA amount changed their auto pay system couldn't adjust the amount automatically and required everyone to update it manually. They didn't tell anyone about it and then charged late fees when everyone underpaid with autopay. Now going back and forth with them to try to get it removed and have been waiting 2 weeks. Not to mention the lack of actual management we have within the community so far. 6 months in and we are ready to drop them!

We previously had another management company that was very difficult to work with, and the difference since switching to Ocean Blue has been incredible. In just three months, they’ve made a huge impact in our community. Communication is excellent, they follow through on every request, and they’ve already accomplished so much to get our neighborhood back on track.

David, Clint and the entire Ocean Blue team has been a breath of fresh air. They have provided residents with timely responses which was lacking in the community’s previous property management company. They are proactive with all aspects of managing the community. They accomplished more in the past 3 months than the last 3 years with the previous management company. Kudos.
