Thus far, they have shown little or no interest in working with Pine Run owners to address their needs etc. Need to speak with them?Good luck with that. The "Enumerate Engage" site they employ is dysfunctional. Need assistance logging in, as in "how many times do I have to reinvent the PW wheel" to no avail? How about NO, "take a hike", etc. etc.

If you care about your community do not hire Pinnacle. They never pick up the phone and if you then send an email with 3 questions they will only answer 1 in a week if you're lucky. I have even witnessed the owner Heather mocking one of my neighbors for "talking too" much during a ZOOM meeting about concerns for our homes. I do not recommend this company in any capacity they are not professional.

Awful management company. Fortunately, we were able to find a new and much better CAM for our community. As the President of my HOA, I can say they were the worst management company I have worked with.

We have been using Pinnacle for our building for several years and have found staff addresses our needs on a timely basis. Just recently, based on their performance, they took over the Property Management role for the Eagles Point Community Association. We look forward to having them on board.

Anytime you call pinnacle management company you never get A response. Our building has been under construction. The place is a complete disaster zone. There is no management person on site to oversee any of the construction being done. Contractors leave messes and no one cleans them up. Construction debris, garbage etc
