Premier is so thorough in checking everything out SMS sending photos of many areas and appliances of our condo. We couldn’t be more pleased with Carlos and Vivian. They are pros at what they do.

Premier Home Watch & Concierge provide amazing service. They accepted many deliveries, assembled things, changed smoke detector batteries, and let in service people. They have repeatedly alerted us to things which needed attention or repair. They even turned on our hot water heater and the ice maker prior to our arrival! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs home watch or concierge services in Lakewood Ranch.

Carlos and Vivian are the owners. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, sufficiently staffed, and I was very comfortable with my home in their hands. I was away for 2 months and during that time there was a tropical storm, problems with neighborhood irrigation, spider eggs outside the front door, and important mail. They alerted me to all of these matters and well handled in my absence. I highly recommend Premier Home Watch & Concierge without any reservations. I will use them again and again!

I highly recommend Carlos and Vivian with Premier Home Watch & Concierge! Highly professional and lovely to work with! I love how responsive they are and are always available to help with last minute needs. It was also very comforting to us that they have both homebuilding and pool construction backgrounds and identified areas of concern for us with our new build that we didn’t even notice! Super responsible and excellent communication. They are amazing and highly highly recommend! My neighbors are even impressed!
