Our experience with Priority Real Estate Management and owner Roger Coles was extremely disappointing. Roger was consistently unpleasant, unprofessional, and disrespectful in his interactions. The company shows a complete lack of urgency when it comes to emergencies — our air conditioning broke in the middle of July in Florida, and Roger ignored multiple calls and messages. We eventually had to contact the property owner, who lives in Canada, just to get a response.
