Since this seems to be the only way to get your attention to have somebody to have a conversation with me, I really need to talk to somebody on the phone about my HOA fees and about how I’ve sent the money to you, but my account is still locked I’ve tried calling and I’ve tried calling but nobody answers. You seem to respond on here pretty timely can you find a way to contact me? Or reply

Progressive Community Management did not respond to my email, so it is a bit challenging working with them.

Honestly, they're awful. Takes many calls, emails and notifications to get them to get repairs done that are our COA's responsibility which the leads to more problems. Not even sure the painter they hired had insurance because they caused damage, didn't fix it, and now neighbors are battling our board, the management, and our insurance company on mold damage that was a result of the painter's damage. Fees keep going up, likely at least partially due to mismanagement. They charge fees to make the monthly payment. But yet they're super quick to send out nasty grams on the slightest infractions.…
