The plus is they didn’t get back with me very timely which is why the two stars otherwise it would’ve been one but on the downside it’s like they just threw out a price not even doing research on my property. They compared a place in my area, but totally a different property .

When you want to be hands off and literally just collect a check from your rentals this is the company to have manage them. They run the company with military like precision and very detail oriented. Great communication and extremely professional.
