Cocky, That’s really the only word I have for this. I can appreciate that someone’s been in the business for a long time and are very good at what they do but when you’re a new customer calling around to get information about companies managing your property, I don’t know that the first sentence out of my mouth would be as that is really unpleasant feeling, which in my case it was.
