Relax has managed our rental house in Sarasota for the last few years. We've had zero problems or headaches with them, and they handle upgrades as well, reserving cash from the rental so we barely feel the sting. They are upfront about costs and choose reliable contractors in our experience.

Joleisy is the person to go, we listed the property 8-1 and by 8-20 we had a tenant, her knowledge and availability made this process smooth. Highly recommend this company 👏👏💪💪

They are professional and they have numerous resources that we didn't have on our own. I am a property owner nearby a property that Relax Realty Group "manages". They don't address ongoing issues with tennants, even when they have been made aware multiple times. The actual "manager" for this property has stopped accepting calls and foisted her responsibility off onto "the county" intead of doing the job property owners pay this company to do. This company is a really great company to rent from with their rentals. I worked with the property manager Joilesy and she was wonderful. The one thing that really struck out to me about her was her communication, any time I had questions she always responded in a timely manner. The renting process was easy , online application that was nice and self explanatory. Mrs sandy in the office and very pleasant and enjoyable to talk . I would definitely recommend renting from this company. I’m very pleased with my outcome. Thank you all for all of your help.

I've been renting thru Relax realty since 2021. In 2023 I started working with Kendra. At first I didn't know what to expect because she was not like the previous manager who always came in bubbly and cheerful. Kendra was quiet. I came to learn Kendra was my greatest ally. Anytime I have ever had a situation occur, she was quick to come up with a resolution. Kendra has made me feel safe and secure. She is honest and transparent, dependable and reliable, and I am very grateful that she is my property manager. So if you need a rental, go to Kendra!!!

We love our little tiny house and the whole community is so nice and friendly! Kendra our realtor made moving in very easy and was so kind and welcoming!

Kendra Johnston is an amazing worker. She has been with me every step of the way to get me in my condo and has been a blessing for the past year and a half. If you are a person who is trying very hard to find affordable living, this would be the place to start. Not only do they have affordable homes; they also have a residential care package where they help you with your credit every time you make payments, and other ways to pay your rent for months your struggling.Everytime ive had an issue my property manager Josiely has always answered and took care of anything we were concerned about. She genuinely cares for what she is doing; which clearly shows because of how much she’s done for my family. Please give relax property a shot!

I rented from Relax Realty for 2 years and had an amazing experience. They were always easy to get in touch with and prompt to reply to any issue or maintenance request. My property manager Miranda was fantastic as well.

I rented a property managed by Relax Realty for 5 years. They were easy to work with and paying rent was convenient through their online portal. They offer fair pricing. I only moved when the rent increases got to the point where it made more sense to buy. This wasn’t price gouging or anything. The area as a whole saw housing prices soar. My only negative would be the maintenance department. It left a lot of room for improvement. If I ever need to rent I would use them again.

Super friendly reliable staff. The rentals are clean up-to-date and well maintain by the relax realty group. They got us right in and taking care of we're very happy with our home. And a beautiful safe neighborhood for kids. Close to everything thank you guys very much for everything remember clean headlights save lives!!!
