Company is total trash. Does not take care of properties with landlords. Guy says he runs it makes inappropriate comments.

Hamid has been a great help with excellent service with a rental property. I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent his/her property. He has found several good tenants and responded to assist with everything from listing, market adjustments, comps, cleaning, handyman, moving of furniture, and even helped me late in the evening to remove a large chair from the house. He is a dedicated professional.

Rent Sarasota has been such a pleasure to work with and we will be with them for years to come. Hamid is always responsive any day I need him. We worked together a full year before my first rental and he was there every step of the way. When I need anything from him, he responds, comes to the unit and calls with complete urgency. I loved having Hank manage my property. I only stopped using him because I am swapping this property out for a different one in the Midwest. He by far, has gave me the best service out of the 3 different companies I have used. For example one time Hank had one of his units throwing out an almost new couch and he called me and offered to replace my older couch with it and just pay for the moving fee. I was looking to rent out my home in Sarasota and found Rent Sarasota LLC. I agree with reviews that Hank is professional when it suits him. Good luck if you decide to give this company your business and will have to deal with them on a regular basis. I got lucky and found out right at the beginning so I will be steering clear. I asked how much more a property can be rented for if it is fully furnished vs empty. His email response was that there is no difference. STAY AWAY! Hank can be unprofessional at times and professional when it suits him. He has had the opportunity over the last 2 years to property manage my investment home. Hank has done absolutley nothing in 24 months except collected his 10% monthly fee. Zero inspections of the property have been done. (Should have been 4, if done every 6 months). Air filters have not been changed in the unit on a regular schedule. (Causes major problems with your HVAC unit). My family and I were looking for a place rather quickly back in late 2022. The rental market then was pretty bleak and nice houses were hard to find.
