Studio w/King bed. Obvious Owner has upgraded a lot & unit is VERY clean and well organized. Counter top stove was puzzling. Very good beach access. Overall, GREAT experience.

Joe and Brad at Rent Siesta Key truly give a 5 star experience. My review is as a property owner and I can absolutely say they take care of my vacation home as if it were their own. I cannot recommend them more highly. I have been with Rent Siesta Key for almost 10 years now and have never had anything less than a stellar experience. Communication, response time, attention to detail all 100% satisfied.

Overall, we had a good experience with Rent Siesta Key and enjoyed our stay at Sea Esta. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that impacted our vacation. During our stay, the hot water in the master shower never got beyond lukewarm, and the dryer wouldn't cut on. I reported both issues by email (in hindsight, I probably should have called). The response I received indicated that both items were working, although they mentioned a replacement part had been ordered for the dryer. (For the record, they did offer to "send someone by to show me the shower" but they didn't respond to m…

Review for Holiday House 2- The property looks great in the listing photos, but unfortunately our experience didn't match the presentation. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout our stay. The floors were extremely dirty and appeared as though they hadn't been properly mopped in a long time. Several towels had blood stains and mildew, and some pillowcases had old makeup stains on them. The property also advertises a BBQ and outdoor griddle, which was one of the reasons we chose it. However, there were no appropriate cooking utensils provided for either. "A fantastic experience! The best part of all is how close it is to the sea; the location is unbeatable for enjoying the beach to the fullest. Plus, the host always responded to all my questions super quickly and kindly. The only downside for me is that pets are not allowed; even though it is clearly stated in the rules before booking, I really wished I could have brought my little dog. Still, it is a five-star place that we will definitely return to."

II love this property! I’ve been coming here for over a decade and it never disappoints. Everything is within walking distance; the beach, the restaurants, coffee shops, bike rentals, grocery store, bar, and more. Everything in the place is neat and clean, as well as in good working order. It’s family friendly and comfortable. The management company is very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. You’ll fall in love with this place!

The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole week and walked to the beach everyday. It’s a little walk but we got to enjoy it seeing wildlife like rabbits and turtles. I do think that it could use some curtains that block the light in the morning bcz some people like to sleep in. But other than that, I absolutely recommend this home 💯! We even had manager Juliette come by to make sure all was ok. Thank you. We loved it!

Hair dryer in unit shorts the bathroom receptacle out in bathroom you need a new hairdryer, washer has black mold on rubber ring please clean before someone gets sick. Everything was great! I would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Nice place and very relaxing

Everything was super perfect for us at Starfish Bay. The house had everything what we needed. Extra beach towels, dish soup , even few items for sunburn skin after our first day on the beach . The house is nice and spacious. The location is great,far from the bars noise or traffic so pretty quiet but at the same time close to the beach or free trolleys to walk to . The only thing I didn’t like is that plush mattress topper on the bed but we removed for the duration of our stay and put it back upon leaving . I would love to come again to this cottage. This is a great place to stay. Stayed here several times and there are so many things they have done which is great. Beach chairs in the unit and a small cooler. Close walk to the beach! Will definitely be back again.

The house in Siesta Key was spotless when we arrived. Great communication from the owner. Well equipped with all the necessities. Including beach towels and chairs. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location is as good as it gets. Very short walk to the beach where you will enjoy the white sand and clear warm water. My only complaint is that my visit was too short. I will be back soon for a much longer stay.

This is a beautifully finished and modern unit. Super clean and in a great location. The appliances and electronics are up to date and functioning well. The king bed was very comfortable. We did not use the Murphy bed. We would not hesitate to book this property again. The only criticism we would have is that an exhaust fan is definitely needed in the bathroom.

Exactly as presented and better! We so enjoyed the location so close to both Siesta Beach and Turtle Beach. The huge king size bed was extremely comfortable. Pool was great also. We would certainly recommend and rebook!

We loved our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Beach access was perfect and the beach chairs, cooler, and canopy were so appreciated. We hope to be able to return soon.

The house we stayed in was clean. There were no issues with anything. Well I should say we thought we had an issue with the hot water.. but we really didn’t. I contacted Joe and he got back to me almost immediately saying he would get someone over to fix it for us right away. Although we didn’t need him to he did get back to me really super quick. We continue to rent the same property From Rent Siesta Key each year and have for 8 years. The accommodations are always clean and well stocked with dishes, bedding and towels. If there is any issue, the management (Rent Siesta Key) is quick to respond and resolve the problem. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and willing to help in any way. Our stay is always a positive and enjoyable visit.

Some appliance need repair but was done in a timely manner. The knives were not very sharp and should be sharpened. Should provide more information on appliances. Or have a manual available. No potato peeler. The unit was very clean and updated. Other than a few small inconsistencies it was very good.

Rent Siesta Key always responds when I send them questions. They have a wide range of places to rent, so I always feel like I have lots of choices and possibilities for where I can enjoy my vacation. They are friendly and helpful.

Siesta Beach House 204 is a lovely condo. It's got an updated modern vibe and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. Very clean and well equipped with easy and close access to the beach.

We stated in Unit #1 (downstairs unit) from January 24-31, 2026. This was a different unit than the pictures posted online. The location was great... a short walk to the beach. We drove to restaurants, shopping, etc. but nothing was far away. The only "cons" we have is that there is no sun on the pool. You can get sun during certain hours of the day on the outer side of the pool, but you have to put your lounge chair partly into the landscape. We love Bay Oaks. Our stay (E53) was most pleasant. The accomodations were above the norm. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything you could need. Furniture/bed comfortable. And as a big plus it is situated nicely between the Village and Captain Curt's Village.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The property owners were very quick to get back to us for any questions we had. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We felt safe during our entire stay. I will definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway with family and friends.

I loved staying at Siesta Beach House! It was the perfect spot for me as we renovate our home after hurricane damage a year later. I stayed in unit 105 and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable and so convenient. I’d like to continue staying there during this year of renovation. Im so glad to know about it for future guest stays in the years to come.

This house is beautiful, very clean and updated The location is perfect, just a 3 minute walk to the Village. It is the favorite of all the places my husband and I have stayed over the years in Siesta Key. We will only stay here from now on. Laura

This rental is in a great location and we would like to come back to use the beach when it a little warmer. They did have everything needed. The only issue is the living room seating for 4 is a little uncomfortable for us watching the patriots playoff. I would recommend this rental.

We booked and extended our stay directly with Rent Siesta Key, and their customer service was exceptional - you speak to real people. For your convenience you have a dedicated customer online portal with all info for any questions you may have about your stay, and for an easy checkout process.

665 1. Was very clean and nicely stocked with some amenities we were not counting on , like all soaps including shampoo and conditioner in each shower. We were informed that they were experiencing internet connectivity and a bit disappointed that Sunday, Monday and into Tuesday left us without access. Easy access to beach and village. My best friend and I did a girls getaway and stayed at Siesta Heron 5. The house was very clean and located just steps from the swimming pool. Bicycles and pool floats are available for use (and free!). The physical location is approximately 1 mile from Turtle Beach and several bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Siesta Heron for any group size

The house was lovely, and the location was amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and neat. The property management was prompt in responding to our needs. However, there were a couple of issues. Some were resolved immediately, while others took a few days, and some were not resolved at all. The main issue was with the pool. We couldn't access or control it properly because the main controller, an iPad, wasn't working correctly, so we couldn't control the lighting. We usually stay in a Midnight Cove condo, however, in March our dog became paralyzed & due to the type of care she needs we didn’t go on vacation. My friend and I decided at the last minute to take a road trip from West Palm Beach to Siesta Key for the weekend and found this place! It’s truly a hidden gem. Our place was bright and open and very clean. It had all the amenities you could possibly want. We did not have time to try them all out! The trolley stop practically outside the front door made transportation to the beach, shops, and restaurants so easy! We will definitely be back!

At the last minute, a reservation agent was able to put us in a different unit than booked due to a booking error by third party. We were so thankful!

Stayed at Suite 1. Cleanliness is a MAJOR for me as I came with a baby and he would be on the floor all the time. It was very clean and it looks like it’s recently remodeled. No carpets ! Love that. Just clean new “hardwood” floor. Showers and kitchen clean and new. Kitchen had all the needed supplies. It was quiet and beach right within a hand reach.

Everything was perfect but only complain I have is that I requested if we can check in early and I was told that they will try and we will text me if the room is ready or not but I did not recieved an update at all. We sat in our in the parking lot until check in time because we never got any update and only to realized that the room was already available.

This is a great place and what we were looking for... a place close to the beach with easy access. Appliances and furniture seemed updated/well kept and not rundown. The house clean and was well stocked with kitchen supplies and bath towels.

Perfect for a family stay! Spacious, clean and very central. Loved having the pool right on our doorstep and multiple beaches only a few mins drive away.

We stayed at Siesta Heron 7/Heron House and found the unit to be a great place for 7 adult friends to enjoy for the weekend. The unit is nice with a wonderful kitchen and lots of room. The pool was inviting, the propane grills were utilized, as was the chairs/decking overlooking the water at the back of the resort. The proximity to Turtle Beach was wonderful and we all had a wonderful visit.

We stayed at the location on Beach Road, which is perfect for families! Two nice bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms to use, with an amazing kitchen to use. We even had access to the laundry at no extra charge which was a bonus for an active family who went to the beach, right across the street btw, every day of our trip. My only wish was for a drying rack for towels and swim suits, and maybe a stick vacuum in the unit to help manage the sand and keep it clean. I would definitely recommend staying with Rent Siesta Key!!

The place is clean and perfect

Our vacation rental was spot-on—clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. The living room was huge, and the kitchen was big and well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. The property is cleverly split into two sides; originally, one side was locked, but the hosts were super flexible and let us open it up for an additional charge, which gave us another big bedroom, bathroom, and extra living space. They really work with you and care about making sure you’re happy. It was a great experience all around—we’d absolutely stay again!

House was great to stay in for our vacation. Very close to beach. Pool was nice. Very close to shopping area. I would recommend anyone staying in siesta keys rent this property. The leasing company was easy to work with the check in and check out went smoothly. The build in outside grill worked well for cookouts in evening. Very quiet area at night. Everyone seemed to respect quiet times which helped get a restful sleep. Lots of closet space . And room for 7 people .

This was such a wonderful experience!! My condo was clean , spacious , and quiet . There is a free trolley that can take you to the beach and shopping areas . There are all sorts of fun activity items like bikes , kayaks, beach chairs, bbqs that you can use for free also !! I enjoyed the pool and sitting on the deck by the water . I would definitely come here again !!

House was perfectly laid out to share with grown children/ family. Pool area was awesome. Be aware the outdoor kitchen appliances don’t with ( minus the propane grill). Rental company was super prompt with an issue.

This beautiful home in Siesta Key is simply amazing. We had enough space for our family and the house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There was a short walk to the private beach, which was absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this property to others!!!!

We drove 9 hours to arrive at a unit that is unfit for occupancy and surely illegal to be advertised as anything else. Beautiful home..all the amenities for a relaxing vacation from pool floats, toys to a wagon, beach calhairs, umbrella and beach towels… please be aware the 5 min walk to the ‘beach’ is a small patch 5x3’ mostly under water… believe weather pattern change. Also a working vacation and the internet required reset two times and was out for over 24 hrs each time, despite ‘internet outage.’

My two friends and I stayed at Bay Oaks E53 in May 2025, and our stay was absolutely fabulous! The house helped make our Florida vacation very enjoyable. It was comfortable, spacious, contained everything we needed, and was close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops and Morton’s grocery. We stayed 2 weeks and never needed our car. The private pool was especially wonderful as we enjoyed it at the end of each day.

The apartment we rented was quite nice but unfortunately the facilities were not nearly as nice as promoted. Yes, there were kayaks and paddle boards but only one and a half paddles. The bikes were a mess, low tires, rusty chains, wobbly. The pool was foggy and needed a cleaning. The laundry room was inaccessible as there were cement mixers in front of the machines. Too bad because the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was super clean. Location was good as well.

Had a great time with my family. Location was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Constructive criticism; don’t use so much bleach to clean the place, had to air out the unit once we checked in. Also, get a cutting board I didn’t want to ruin the beautiful countertop. Otherwise everything else was great. Easy check in / out. Oh one more subjection, you might need to buy a new fridge soon. 🤓

What a wonderful condo we loved it perfect spot to be close to the pool the beach close by and the bay right in the back. Wish the condo would’ve had a little more items we had to go buy dish soap for the condo and if wanted to do laundry too nothing was provided. Wish there was some beach gear. No chairs, wagon or anything to take to the beach so that was a bummer but other than that we were so happy with our stay here and would love to come back. Perfect spot loved how you can take the frogger trolly easily to and from beach or restaurants can actually get away without a rental car.

Rented through Airbnb. Contacted rental company as there was construction going on at the home. They told me they were unaware of the construction and would need to contact the owner. I followed up for 3 days and was told the same thing, they couldn’t get ahold of the owner. They did not take any initiative to get back to me and still have taken no responsibility for the situation.

The house and outdoor area are beautiful and exactly as advertised. House was very clean. The one complaint I have is with the rental company. I emailed them 3 days before arrival and never received a reply. I called them 2 days before arrival regarding early checkin since the house was vacant for three days before our arrival. When we checked in to our condo, we were unhappy with a few things. I called the rental office the next morning and the manager actually came by to address the issues personally. I would not rent the actual unit we stayed in again, but I would definitely use Rest Siesta Key again as they responded and tried to fix the problem right away!

Two weeks in a construction zone. We just spent the worse vacation on Windsong Lane.at Siesta Key. The unit should not have been rented as it needed major work. We had no bathroom door. Appliance door was broken off. The balcony was falling off and dangerous. We were promised a parking area but construction unit attached to our unit was under major construction and workers were always parked there. The noise started at 7:30 and lasted until dark. I took photos of everything! Never again.

Nice Condo with all amenities needed for home cooking. Comfortable beds and couches; good linens. The washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient.Could hear guests in other condos (upstairs) disturbing sleep sometimes. Bedroom carpet pretty dirty. Location is great. The quality of the house is not. It was clean. But the beds are old, everything in the house needs to be updated. The pans, plates cups, etc could all use a refresher. But the location right on the beach couldn’t be better. It is also within walking distance to the little city center which we really enjoyed.

We booked our one month stay in Siesta Key using "Rent Siesta Key". The customer service was excellent and our unit was beautiful and spotless upon our arrival. Additionally there was a small maintainance issue which was promptly repaired. I wouldn't hesitate using them again for future travels, in fact we booked with them already for next year.

Home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Had a reasonable collection of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Checking in and out was easy and flawless. Having instructions for the four different controllers for the TV would be helpful. Overnight temps were down to the 40's while we were there so having a furnace or other heat source would have been welcome. I don't think the property description mentioned there is no furnace.

We loved Beach Road-Tropea. We were the first people to rent this unit after the hurricane. Everything was new & very comfortable. There were a few glitches since we were first (dishwasher not hooked up, no instructions for using the TV, no hot water from bathroom faucet) but they were fixed in a very short time. The unit is so close to the beach access & only a 1/2 mile from Siesta Key Village, a 10 minute walk. If we come back to Siesta Key we will definitely rent this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in early which was great after a 24 hrs. drive. There's beautiful ocean views with the beach just a hop & a skip away. A perfect place for a restful holiday. The house is right on the beach and when it's too hot to be outside, there were lovely views from every floor. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only downside was we had to leave a day early because of an incoming hurricane!

The pink mango cottage is very old and out dated. We stayed four days, three nights and it was not a comfortable experience. The pictures on the website really trick you into thinking this place is bigger because it’s teeny tiny!! The ceiling fans are a death trap and everyone in my party about lost a finger multiple times because the ceilings are so low and then they slap on a ceiling fan that gives you about four feet underneath to walk. We stayed at Avenida De Cortez and absolutely loved it. Since the condo was so close to the village and beautiful beach, we were able to walk everywhere. The spacious townhouse was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and the private pool was perfect to use after spending time at the beach. This is one of the nicest places to stay at and can't wait to return. Rentsiestakey was a pleasure to deal with and made check in and check out very easy.

We were very happy with the yellow cottage! The location is great! A short walk to beach access 4, as well as the Siesta Key Village, for food, drinks, shopping. We loved sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and in the evenings. Area is very quiet and rarely had to share the pool with others. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels and chairs. Walk to beach is very easy. Trolley stop to Village is nearby. Easy drive to explore Lido Key, Longboat key and Anna Maria Island. We rented a beautiful house on the beach in Siesta Key for a week and it was a wonderful experience. Getting into the home was easy using the keypad and the home was immaculate! We were greeted by softly playing jazz music, the lights were on as were the ceiling fans; so welcoming! We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, steps from the beach. I won't hesitate to book a vacation rental with them again!

Even though it was a very rainy week- this house was amazing! It had everything we wanted and more! We loved our stay- the website could be more user friendly but all contact we had with everyone was fantastic. When we had all the rain and everything was flooding. The room was very nice and clean more like a small apartment than a motel room. Said there was a coffee machine, which there was but no coffee pods to use. Very peaceful and quite a little farther away to things but John's free taxi was perfect! Check in was 4 but you weren't allowed to park and use the pool even though our car would have been the only one in the parking lot. Talk about finding a hidden gem! Everything about the rental was excellent and surpassed every expectation. My beach house was beautifully kept and furnished and had all of the comforts of home. Also, beach items are there for use like umbrellas and boogie boards, coolers and ice packs. A 2 minute walk to the private beach and private pool with loads of chairs of all styles available...how perfect is that?!! The office is onsite and the employees are all pleasant and lovely, eager to help with anything you may need. It's close to all amenities and the Frog Hop is a fun and free way to shuttle…

We had a really wonderful experience staying at Happy Blue Coconuts and dealing with Rent Siesta Key. We actually already re-booked for next year! The staff are very warm and accommodating. We had an issue with one of the showers and the maintenance person came immediately and fixed it right away. We prefer to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms and this place offers us that and direct beach access. We walked to the village everynight for dinner, shopping, ice cream. What a perfect vacation!

This place was perfect! Easy quick walk to the beach! Right next to the free trolly stop. House was comfortably accommodated as well. Had all we could need and even lots of things to take to the beach! Chairs/boogie boards/coolers etc. Only thing that was slightly aggravating was the random power drops… the power would drop down to almost out enough to trip all the appliances and then come back on. It was very random and weather was fine so not sure what was causing it but again it was a minor inconvenience and would not keep me from staying here again!

Great private property right on the cove. Nice pool area and deck overlooking the cove. on site laundry and free bikes. Only negatives I can say were it doesn’t always appear the property is checked for trash. Did see plates and some laundry on the ground that was there a coupled of days. Unit was nice. We had a wonderful experience when we rented Cape Aqua. Any issues were handled immediately. The home was perfect for all our needs and the location was close to everything. Unfortunately, we wanted to rent it again for next April, but it has already been rented for April, 2025. Would definitely recommend this home.

Overall a great stay and a great condo in 8E. The one thing holding it back from five stars is the mattress in the main bedroom was the awful like sleeping on a rock. Definitely some sort of discount mattress and I completely understand not spending a bunch of money on a rental unit mattress but this was almost unusable. Shell beach house was amazing for my family of six. Enjoyed the house and everything that was included with our stay. We took advantage of the pool and even in early April with no heat it was truly refreshing with the Florida sun! We will defiantly be back again!

The lack of shower door or curtain is an interesting choice. It sure got pretty wet in the bathroom after a shower...but it wouldn't keep us from going back.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. The location was perfect.

This was our second time staying at Bayside. This time we chose an upper unit to provide more bedroom space as our party had grown. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and provided all the amenities needed. The tennis courts was so much fun! The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. I had zero complaints about this rental. Compared to others, I would say this is a diamond. Great place to stay.

The unit was advertised, but we put in a maintenance request upon arrival. The agent said a repair wold be made the next day. No one ever came or follow up.

Great getaway spot at Siesta Heron Suites and Villas! Everything was clean and nice, villas were grouped around a communal pool and deck area, including a dock on the water behind. Quiet and away from the crowds but close enough to walk or ride to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Happy Blue Coconuts North for 3 weeks in February. The only thing going for it is the view and the location. The house itself was horrible. Kitchen was very poorly equipped, master bathroom did not have a door, another bathroom had a sink that drained very slowly and mold in the shower, no screens on the windows, the furniture was filthy (we covered it with beach towels), the dinning table was sticky that no amount of cleaning could get rid of and finally the kitchen chairs were very unstable. We will not return.

Beautiful home! Love the ability to enter using a pass code. No time wasted checking in with the office. The home is close to the village- you can walk to shops and restaurants in 5 minutes. The garage is full of everything you need for the beach.

I had a wonderful time staying in a Rent Siesta Key rental. The place was clean and very well taken care of. All appliances looked brand new and the place had recently been updated. The pool was very nice, along with the deck, with view of the lagoon. I will most definitely be renting next years vacation rental from Rent Siesta Key.

Positives: great location, very roomy in all spaces, very comfortable beds, and nice pool area (except NEVER cleaned within 2 weeks and badly needed it). The new washer and dryer are very nice. Problems: Kitchen supplies (not many pots/pans, dishes and bowls of varying sizes). The cutting knives are terrible, very dull. They hardly cut anything. Fortunately we bring some of our own equipment. Carpet is very old and worn. It appears dirty and really needs to be replaced. The location of this cottage is amazing. Walking distance to everything or take the free trolly to anywhere you need to go. The shower is very tiny, so beware if you are a large person.

Siesta Key is Beautiful! Although the weather did not cooperate this February, the area is gorgeous. The unit I rented at White Sands was perfect! Clean, equipped with all necessary amenities and a 9 min casual walk to the most beautiful beach. Brad @rentsiestakey was an absolute gentleman! Responded to my requests quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend them.

This is partly my issue. I didn't notice the unit didn't have a dishwasher. I think any rental should as the level of "hand washing" effort varies by renter. Also, the kitchen sink did not have a stopper, so I had to use a bowl to wash dishes. I will pay more attention to this amenity in a rental property in the future. Also, the laundry washers didn't take detergent well. There was soap left in the dispenser after a wash. Lastly the leaves in the pool were never cleaned out while I was there. This was our third year staying at Holiday House 2. We really enjoy the area-quiet and so close to the beach! The pool area also provides a wonderful area to sit in the sun, swim, and grill dinner. However, the units need some maintenance. An old couch, bad screens on the lanai, doors that don’t close or seal, and a broken dishwasher are signs that the owners need to make some improvements. All of this added to two years of huge increases in price….. We would love to come back, but it’s not worth it for the price. If repairs are made, and the price becomes more reasonable, please let us know.

We rented a beautiful home on Siesta Key for 3 weeks and it was wonderful. Would highly recommend Big Pass Hideaway Home. Very spacious, great pool area, and the kitchen is well stocked. Rent Siesta Key were great to work with and were prompt with responses.

Siesta Heron was the perfect place to stay. It is in a residential area so not in the busy part of island and it is easy access to everything by way of trolley and by bike. It offers a pool and views of the lagoon, new bikes & kayaks to use. The condo is very clean with updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved our week stay.

Check in was simple and quick. Condo was clean. Kitchen well-stocked with various pots and pans and dishes. Unit was close to our assigned parking spot and we had easy access to the pool area and office and clubhouse. When we needed some maintenance done, one call to the office and it was attended to within the hour. Also enjoyed the dock area on the intercoastal waterway; watching the watercraft both large and small go past. Dolphins are periodically sited from the dock as well. Siesta Key Beach is a walkable distance away. Thank you for a great experience and we would recommend.

Perfect location with a short walk to the beach! The rental was very roomy and welcoming. It felt like “coming home” after a day sightseeing or beaching.

As always, an enjoyable stay. Third time here. We like being away from the busy area. Fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Laundry room available. Reasonable rates for the location. 1 mile walk to Turtle Beach or take the free trolley. Just don't take our dates 😀

The turtle view house was great, there were a few things that needed repair, but nothing that stopped us from having a nice vacation. All communications with the management company after arriving was great. I gave a 4 star because shortly after we rented, we found out the roof had a tarp on it, which I believe should've been disclosed , I wouldn't have rented had I known that in advance...The management company said for me to cancel there would be a $150 fee which is in the contract...after a few back a forth emails I asked if an air quality check had been done, at that point they never resp…

Three couples shared a week in this beautiful home with pool. Very close to the village and beach. The only glitch was the refrigerator did not work properly, even after a maintenance check. Hopefully they will fix or replace. However, we would rent again.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Great location. Close to beaches, grocery store and restaurants. You can do laundry on the premises. Plus you can hop on the free shuttle just outside the hotel. Only negative was the bikes. They were in pretty bad shape. Other than that we would stay there again.

The place was very nice and comfortable. It was clean. However, we experienced some issues with the main toilet. Also, the fact that we have to take trash ourselves and clean after we are paying a good amount fee to property is absurd.

The place is amazing! Great decor! Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed reading on the patio and playing chess. Lots of activities- ping pong, bikes, beach supplies. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked! We’ve been to Siesta Key many times and this is our favorite place!

Convenient for the beach and they provided a lot. The matrices were not the best, but everything else was as expected. They have a lot of added benefits like beach chairs and towels that I didn't take advantage of. The wifi and tv were good. Good location near entertainment, food, and of course the beach.

I stayed in Siesta Heron for Thanksgiving break. The location was quiet, the dock overlooking the lagoon was beautiful and I had a peaceful paddle in the kayak right from the property. Very clean, easy to access, great booking experience. I hope to return again.

It was a nice clean place, perfect for what we needed. The beach was not too far away and we took the trolley to there and the village. We definitely would recommend, a nice place for the price. It would have been nice to be provided with more toilet paper though, the one roll we had didn't quite cut it.

Hello We had a great time. The place was very clean. Very nice everything went well. my only thing is the headboard in the king size bed kept banging against the wall, so every time you turned in, the bed rolled over the headboard would just keep hitting the wall and wake you up. The other noticeable thing is When we checked everything out in the kitchen. There was already a steak knife missing. Thank you once again for a great weekend. It really made my 60th birthday awesome.

We stayed at Siesta Beach House in unit 310. The place was really clean and we loved the location! The unit was great and we loved it! We loved staying here and will be back!

Great location, easy check-in and out and all messages were answered promptly. Those staying at sea winds and who plan to wash laundry, bring a roll of quarters. You cannot get quarters anywhere on the key.

The location of the property was great- a 3-5 minute walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets every day. The space was comfortable but make sure you read the amenities section- we didn’t and wound up having to run out to buy shampoo & soap, extra toilet paper and paper towels. Neither shower functioned well- one had more water coming from the faucet than the shower head and the other had a handle that just spun and was difficult to regulate.
