Paul has a lot of expertise in the local real estate and did a great job of finding good renters for the property as well as managing the property all the way to sale. Ronnie is super diligent at responding to communications and coordinating in resolving issues with fixes, maintenance and renovations. Rentpro is excellent at resolving disagreements between landlord and tenants as well.

I worked with Paul and Nanette for my first rental in Florida. Coming from NY, I was unable to see the apartment in person. Paul provided me with videos and pictures that were sufficient and represented the property accurately! They were kind and helpful with setting up a time to move in and obtain the keys. Nanette was specifically very helpful during my move in process, she went above and beyond! It was a pleasure to work with them, and look forward to having them as the property managers.
