First of all, a 4 star review in my book signifies excellent service. I'm always a bit critical so do not normally rate at the 5 star level. I would like to take the opportunity to comment on our CAM, Denise Perez, for Fourteenth Ironwood Condominium Association. She has only been with us for about seven months but she has far outpaced all the other CAMs that we have had. We have been with Resource for almost ten years and have had approximately 6 CAMs, not for our choosing. Most did the bare minimum but Denise in her short period of time has far acceeded any of them. I would like to commend Cristina Stewart with Property Resource Management. She was very instrumental with us obtaining an approval from our modification committee for the re-roofing of our home. Her customer service and timely communication with homeowners are attributes of her role as an administrative assistant.
