Brittney went above and beyond to help us book at the last minute and get us into our room quickly. The complex is really nice, and you can’t beat this beach. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time. Very relaxing. Perfect space for our family of six. Nice location with ground floor access.

Rooms were so small you could hardly move around. Closet door couldn’t even open fully. Internet was terrible - couldn’t hardly handle streaming services. Zero view of beach.

We have stayed at Beach Breeze East the last 5 years. Many many amazing memories!! The location of this home is perfect!! RVA Vacation Rentals are so AMAZING!! If you need anything or have questions they are on top of it right away. This year when we arrived it was cool. The house was 55 degrees and the thermostat was on lock mode. Which has never happened. Gave Laura a call and she came there because and took care of it right away. She was so awesome!! Any questions and she would answer right away! Amazing company if you are looking for a rental!! Thank you!! 😊

RVA AMI REVIEW This place had multiple issues with it! The first issue was that the keys are at a remote office that are about an hour with island traffic away from the location of the Airbnb. When we arrived in the night, and walked up there were no lights on the stairs and the motion light was burnt out it was dangerous trying to navigate in the dark. Both keys provided to us did not fit! and when we reached out to RVA MGMT we got no response. We had to go through Airbnb customer service to figure out how to get in. We have stayed at Beach Castle Resort many times over the years and it never disappoints. The property is always beautiful. The beach is fantastic as is the pool area. The office staff is super friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the spacious condo, heated pool and the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. So many restaurants and things to do just down the street and many others just a short drive on the Island. The beach is just a block away as well as restaurants on and overlooking the beach, just a short walk from there. It is great to see the Island restaurants are open and recovered after the hurricanes. Watching the sunrise while sitting on the balcony or the sunset on the water while sitting at the beach, it is a Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Very nice cozy and comfortable place, within walking distance to the beach! The staff was friendly and very accomadating ! We will definitely be back!!

It is our favorite in Longboat Key.

We booked a vacation rental via RVA on Longboat Key. We had some issues with how thy handled our reservation after the property we booked became unavailable due to the hurricanes. But they did eventually make things right, so i am editing this review.

Silver Sands #250 is a hidden gem ~ a beautiful rental in a great location! The description was accurate and the unit was very clean. Superior appliances, plumbing fixtures and furnishings were utilized in the fresh remodel. The large screened in porch provided relaxing & spectacular views at any time of the day, but dinner & drinks while watching the beautiful sunsets was especially amazing! The pool was large, clean and surrounded by lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Silver Sands management and staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great location, on the beach. Unit is spacious and clean. Washer/dryer is big plus! We needed some smnall maintenance and they responded very quickly. Love the view of the beach.

- Very lovely hidden gem of a home in LBK. We were able to have a very lovely relaxing stay with friends and family. Loved the privacy and layout of the home. It was very easy getting quickly to the beach and all the great amenities we love of LBK. **Mindy Farro from RVA was absolutely over the top excellent with her customer service and support.

We had a great time in Outrigger 10, the condo was comfortable and has a great location. Already looking to book again next year. RVA is great to work with. The ONLY knock would be the kitchen utensils which is petty, but that is how much we enjoyed everything else.

We have stayed at The Beach Club twice and it’s our new favorite! Perfect size, perfect location and just steps to the perfect beach! We’ll be back for sure!

The beach club is a great place to stay. Very modern inside with great views right next to the ocean. The sun deck is really nice to hang out in the evenings with family. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay!

This was the second time we have stayed at The Beach Club of Anna Maria and absolutely love this place. We will be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would maybe think about adding some receptacles as Golf carts have become very popular and charging was a bit tough to do.

Outrigger - Longboat Key, FL If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time, this is the place to go! The Condo is great and has everything needed. The beach is amazing, quiet and relaxing.

We stay in longboat key at least one time a year and I can say this is one of the best locations. You can walk to restaurants, access to both the bay and ocean and short drive to Publix! Condo was perfect and had everything we needed will make this my new go to stay for future visits.

Silver Sands was a great place to stay for a long weekend beach trip! Enjoyed playing in the pool as well as the mini golf and shuffle board. Since we had to fly, we really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels! Also loved the super short walk to the beach. Would definitely return to Silver Sands in the future and recommend it to others.

he rental property was spacious and quiet and great for our family of four. The Silver Sands has a small Putt Putt course that we enjoyed. They also had beach toys, floats, chairs, and umbrellas available for use on a first-come first served basis. The beach is very quiet with only a handful of other families nearby. We were there in early June and saw a lot of turtle nests in the area. Longboat Key has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Harry's corner store and the Publix are pricey compared to mainland so you might want to shop and stock up before heading out to the island. We are …

Our stay at Silver Sands Resort from May 12-15 in Room 245 was quite wonderful and relaxing. Check-in was efficient and we were able to get room access in a timely manner. Staff helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Mike at RVA Resort Vacations was especially helpful with the online reservation point, in addition to confirming the auto payment arrangement for the final payment. Nice little gem in the heart of it all in Siesta Key…walking distance to the beautiful and peaceful Crescent Beach (make sure to take photos of it’s gorgeous sunsets), restaurants (Captain Curt has truly the best clam chowder anywhere, 7-eleven store, local boutique-supermarket, and much more. The apartment is very nice, clean, and has all that we needed. Will surely return here.

My friends and I were very comfortable at the Cabana. This property is spacious and clean and you walk straight out to the beach.

I brought my kids for a long weekend getaway and our stay was perfect. The place was clean and well stocked and the location was perfect for beach access.

Cozy quarters Nicely decorated Very Quiet Beautiful view of the bay Fantastic pool along with access to pool accessories. Easy walk to ocean across the street. Plenty of chairs at beach area.. Amazing sunsets. Parking was great along with free access of laundry facilities. Manager was accessible and accommodating. Overall a lovely and relaxing stay along with great restaurants in the area.

Had a great experience at siesta. Stayed in 102A. Pool, hot tub and area were extremely clean. Our room was exactly as pictured and clean. The beach was a short walk and absolutely pristine. Amenities provided were awesome we utilized the beach chairs and a net ( for the kids). Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back!

Horrible rotten place!! Do not stay here!!
