Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The unit appeared old and poorly maintained. During our stay, we noticed dirt along the baseboards, cracks in the walls, spider webs around the property, ants inside the house, and a persistent mildew-like odor throughout the unit. We also observed what appeared to be mold in the bathroom, which was especially concerning. Based on our experience, the property did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or overall condition. The attached photos show the condition of the bathroom during our stay.

Location is great but place is run done and dirty. For the price we paid, motel 6 would have been cleaner and better option. The whole place needed to renovated badly!

Our entire family loved the home. It was very conveniently located to the beach just a short walk. We enjoyed having All the needed beach gear and wagon available for our use! Beds were very comfortable. Living room worked for all of us to watch TV together in the evening. We had a great time in the town of Siesta key. Great restaurants, fun shopping everything very conveniently located. We could walk or use our ride in golf cart Just a few minutes away! The kitchen had anything we needed for preparing meals! We will definitely stay again.

Five of us came down for my husband’s retirement celebration. My daughter and son-in-law Showed up as a surprise for my husband. The management allowed them to wait in the garage so he could be totally surprised when we showed up to our villa. They were so helpful in helping us celebrate this wonderful time. The location was amazing close to the beach and close to the village. I would highly recommend this and rent from them again thanks so much for making this a wonderful experience!

We needed a rental for our family vacation very last minute (within a couple hours) due to a poor experience elsewhere. They were very accommodating, and got us in to “Reel Paradise” within a couple hours. If we had questions, they were quick to respond via text, and the property was exactly what we needed! Great location, beautiful home and very clean. (Cleanliness is the biggest factor for me, and it surpassed my expectations). Will definitely book through this company for our next trip to Siesta Key!

Beautiful cottage, staff and location.

Siesta Keys was such a great place for 3 couples to stay and enjoy. Our Beach house was quiet, close to restaurants/bars and the beach. We could have not asked for a better walkable spot for all our comfort. We will be back.

My husband, myself and our toddler just spent 3 nights at their 3 bedroom rental and we had the most perfect time. We initially picked this rental because of the perfect location. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and a 1 min walk to all the restaurants. With a toddler a quick commute is EVERYTHING to us. The rental itself was very clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained. In the last day our son said he didn’t want to leave the “new house” lol. We have already been talking about doing this again next year but for a longer time.

Tropical Paradise is a cozy and well appointed beach house. The pool area is amazing and so close to the beach and Village shops and restaurants. The house was carefully cleaned and spotless upon our arrival. Property Managers had everything in order for an easy self check-in and stay. Thank you Siesta Key Island Rentals team!

We stayed at the Marlins in the second floor. The room is pretty nice. A big space for bed with a back space like a terrace and a front porch. With access in the kitchen and they have complete appliances like fridge, microwave and stove oven. They have a private pool in the back of the house. We enjoyed our staycation especially my daughter because she loves swimming in the pool. When you go to the beach you just need to walk a little but we don't mind because it's kinda like an exercise for us walking. The customer service is awesome.

Location 10-10, Rooms 7-10, Beach 10-10, Night Life 8-10. Siesta KEY HAS IT ALL, great beaches, restaurants and night life. The Rooms were great except for the master bedroom. The sheets had not been washed and there was sand in the bed. When I called about the linens and sand in the bed I was informed that I had to wash them myself. If not for the linens, the rooms would have received four stars. The television in the master bedroom never worked.

Siesta Key Island Rentals was a dream and had the easiest check out process I’ve ever had. They simply asked you to take out the trash, no laundry, no dishes. We stayed at Cast a Waves and I can not waitttt to go back!

My girlfriends and I rented Seclusion and it was spectacular. I planned a mystery tour and everything was beautiful. The heated pool was great and sitting by the canal were so peaceful.

The Island Patadise Home was the perfect place for our family. The location is great and the house has everything you need for a fun vacation. Many of extras for the beach and we appreciated the king size beds for the adults along with many accommodations for the toddlers in our group, high chair, pack and plays, etc.

The Island Escape house was perfect! A super quick 5 min walk to the beach and about 15 min walk to the town. A great neighborhood for morning walks. The backyard was perfect for hanging out to swim and play games. The beds were super comfy and the different living spaces were really nice to have! We loved staying here and will be back.

Second time at this condo, we love it. Did notice this time there was not a lot of towels so we were constantly doing laundry. Also, just as an fyi. The pans for cooking are awful. Takes a lot of elbow grease to scrub them clean. No way would the dishwasher handle it. Just some helpful input but we love that condo!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Marlin in Siesta Key! 🌴 From the start, the communication was excellent—our host responded quickly and made the booking process seamless. Went there for a girls weekend and this place exceeded expectations ! The location was close to beach access and downtown restaurants. The pool was clean and with plenty of lounge chairs. They had chairs and a giant wagon to make it easy to transport things to the beach. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were great one per room ! The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. I would definitely love to come back to this home !

Beautiful! House was gorgeous and perfect for our needs. The only complaint I have is that the TV in the master bedroom was not able to be used. I called and they did send someone immediately however they were also unable to fix it. It remained inoperable the entirety of my stay.

Great location, great hosts! Very prompt on texting no matter the time. Location can’t be beat from bars, shops, coffee and the beach. They have everything there for a great beach day. Amazing location, walkable to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. Walkable to several restaurants and bars. The house has plenty of room to relax including two balcony’s, a pool, and two living spaces. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was easy to get in touch with.

This place was awesome. The beach decor was beautiful and the place was spotless. The location was close enough to walk to the beach in about 5 minutes with the wagon, cooler, and chairs provided. We had the pool all to ourselves as there were no guests upstairs at the time. We will definitely return to this awesome haven.

I stayed at the Cozy Cottage, and i was amazing! It was definitely cozy, clean, and perfect for our needs. The staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

We stayed at The Mermaid, and it was absolutely perfect for my wife and me. The space was large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing during breaks from the beach—which is just a short, five-minute walk from the door to the sand! This house is without a doubt one of the nicest properties we have ever rented in Siesta Key! Walking distance to town, and all the amenities you could possibly want! If you are looking for the absolute BEST place in Siesta Key to stay…THIS IS IT! Before the trip even began Gabriel was so responsive and helpful to all of my questions. The location is fantastic. Walking to both beach and Siesta Village was my favorite amenity. Paige was super helpful and responsive. The space was perfect for my visitors during my 3 wk stay. The extra room is TWIN over FULL. NOT twin over QUEEN; IMPORTANT FOR COUPLES STAYING. The key was still “cleaning up” from the hurricane, so some infrastructure issues like cable and “gurgling” toilets and sewer smells including nearby huge puddles when there was rain and when the sprinklers turned on, but hopefully clears up. Our stay was perfect. The best place to stay. So convenient to town and all the places are within walking distance. The best part is walking across the road to the beautiful beach . Our group of friends had a wonderful time at Tropical Paradise. The cottage is beautifully decorated and sprinkled with old Florida charm. The pool and patio spaces are a welcome retreat after a short walk from the beach. We appreciate the effort put into this beautiful property and hope to be back!

Souther Comfort was in the best location for our family, which included five kids 18 to 26. The short walk to the beach and the wagon with a wonderful Tommy Bahama chairs, and everything we needed for spending the day at the beach. My experience at Tide's end was truly incredible! The house is positioned on a beautiful canal that's a short walk from the beach access. The beds in the house are all so comfortable (even the foldout Murphy bed if you have guests). 10/10 would recommend!

I had the best time staying at Tides End. I can’t recommend a property more. The location is absolutely perfect, walkable to both the beach and to the restaurants in downtown siesta key. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. I cannot wait to come back.

Tides End property is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. It is the perfect vacation spot. It’s within walking distance to anywhere you would want to go in siesta keys including the beach! I doubt I’ll stay at any other location in siesta key after my week at tides end!

Great location! This rental had everything we could have imagined. It’s in walking distance of the beach and close to the stores, also restaurants and bars. This rental also had easy access and the office was pretty attentive when needed. We will definitely be booking here again.

Location is wonderful. Close to beaches and the village. House was immaculate. Had an issue with the air conditioning upon check-in on a Saturday night and they had somebody there to fix it within an hour. Management was very responsive, cordial and friendly. hope to be back soon!

We just recently stayed at the plaza de las palmas home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a pool with my 3 girlfriends for a long weekend. We have been traveling annually for the last 5 years and this was our favorite house. It was so close to the beach and downtown siesta key, we all just loved the convenience of the location and the easy access/friendliness of the management. We have all spoken about bringing our families back as it is well suited for a family of 4-6 and the sofa pulls out as well. We had an amazing time, can't say enough about this house - they had everything we needed!

Rooms were spacey, very clean modern. Included some essential amenities like dish soap, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soaps and towels. Everything was well organized, best unit to spend the trip in, well worth the money!

We had the best experience with Siesta Key Island Rentals. The day before we were to check in they called me and told me the AC went out in the rental we booked. Instead of having to cancel our whole trip they moved us to a private home with a pool. There were no additional charges for us and it was much more accommodating for our larger family. This was such a blessing. I appreciate Paige going above and beyond for us and making our vacation a memorable experience in that beautiful little town.

This home and the cottage is amazing! The location is perfect to walk to the beach or downtown within a couple minutes! The kitchen, pool, laundry, baths, living room all have everything you'll ever need waiting for you. Super Siesta! The Tides Home was great! Loved all the amenities: the pool, canal frontage, kayaks, SUP’s, bikes, beach equipment, etc. The location to the Village was fantastic! A quick bike ride around the corner! Appreciated this home being pet-friendly, too! We would love to stay here again!

The mermaid was a lovely unit. Spotless and comfortable. Shaded and screened back porch for relaxing with a cocktail and screened front porch, perfect for that morning coffee. Great location to take in all that SK offers. Walk to the village for any meal and to the beach for fun in the sun or to take in the beautiful sunset! We took advantage of kayaking and paddle boarding on the canal with access right behind the home.

My family and I stayed two nights on siesta key...the home we rented was beautiful and in the absolute best location. The service to the property was exceptional...would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very nice unit. Right across street from beach. Close to stores and restaurants. The "beachin unit" unit we stayed in was was located above a strip mall at a busy intersection so traffic could be a little loud at times.

It is about 5 mins drive to Siesta Key Beach and about 7 mins drive to Siesta Key Village. Free trolleys are plenty and accessible. The rental itself was VERY CLEAN and well maintained. My Grand daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. Every detail was top notch!!! Clean to perfection!!!! All we had to do was enjoy and that we did well. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The pool was a great escape and relaxing. We hope to return next year, God willing ❤️

Perfect location with easy access to beach but with the heated pool and lovely patio we found ourselves relaxing there most of our time. Seriously the owner supplied everything you’d need for a day on the beach. Umbrellas, chairs, wagon, nice wheeled cooler, beach bag, towels and toys. The house is nicely appointed, relaxing and cozy with comfortable beds. We could have stayed a month. Thank you for a wonderful time!
