All I can say is WOW! My mother has a property in the area that was under management with a former property manager, she was amazing but retired...! I spoke to a few property managers in the area but Craig seemed the most eager to take on our property. Craig was professional and very patient with my mother and I. As the owner of this condo, I don’t think I could find a better management service than Sunbelt. They found a tenant within a few days and managed it professionally.

The relationship with Sunbelt Management has been excellent. The first year I rented my house out I went with a company out of Tampa and the experience was horrible. I then switched to Sunbelt who is 7 miles from my house, and I could not be any happier. Craig and his team have done an excellent job of management and gave me peace of mind that I did not get from the Tampa based company. If you need a management company, you should contact Sunbelt!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are absolutely HORRIBLE! When stuff is wrong with the house, they will not fix it. When you fix it yourself, they won't take it out of rent. & When a hurricane comes, they expect you to by all of the plywood to board up or just don't board up. They wouldn't send someone to cut down the trees so the house constantly was sworming with ants. When the a/c went out before the hurricane, it took 9 days for them to send someone out & it got up to 91 degrees in the house. We have rented in Punta Gorda for 4 years now. Our regular realtor did not have availability for us this year so we tried Sunbelt after seeing a listing online. We rented in Punta Gorda Isles for 2 months. The only easy part of the process was the online capability to pay via the portal, however once we arrived, the customer service was awful and nonexistent. When we arrived, neither bathroom had shower curtain liners so I had to go out and buy two. Weird but I handled it.
