Called to discuss potential rental properties that we have. All fully redone and brand new. We were looking to hire them for just the tenant placement/leasing and lady on phone said no one is available to speak to us for a day. Asked for me to schedule an appointment? Kind of threw me off as someone who is in this industry knows every property and tenant is a potential commission. If you are a business and cannot speak to a client the same day - not good business practice ( note to owner ) .

Excellent and professional services. Thoughtful, detailed and professional communications with their clients/homeowners. We've had nothing but a very positive, worry-free experience with Suncoast Leasing and Management for managing our home in FL as a rental property while we've relocated out of state. My wife and I own “turn key” investment real estate in Lakewood Ranch, which we visit several times a year and rent the rest of the time (we live out of state). If you are the owner, I could see how maybe you would give them a good rating. As the renter, beware that they will nickel and dime you on the deposit in the end of the rental. We scoured this place before we left! Literally on our hands and knees! The cleaning service tried to say they had to go above and beyond normal cleaning!!! Complete BS! They wanted to charge us a ton of additional fees to resign the lease, which were outrageous. I had a great experience with Suncoast Leasing and Management. The place was clean, in a good location, and communication was always quick and helpful. I’m giving five stars. One suggestion for improvement would be to let future guests know what type of mattress is in the unit. Everything else was excellent.

Suncoast Leasing responded to all our rental questions in a prompt and courteous manner. Clarisse helped us navigate the process from explaining the contract terms, help during check-in, and making sure we fulfilled our departure requirements so that our deposit was returned promptly. The property was better than we expected and all in all we had a very good experience.

Suncoast Leasing was a fantastic experience for our month ‘stay- cation’ in Wellen Park. Suncoast was always responsive and courteous with any/all questions. Jean assisted us on a Sunday morning with an issue we had and was the best !! Would definitely use Suncoast again for future getaways !!!!

Had a problem with our rental HVAC system. I left request on the portal early in the morning. I got an reply saying they would reach out to the HVAC company. They showed up exactly at the time they specified and fixed the problem. Great service and wonderful people. Thank you!
