Simply terrible service, terrible communication, never respond back and never resolve any issues always pass from here to there and ring a round the roses on 2 years I never post anything about but this is the third time I have to resolve whit out their help so run away from this tropical isle
As a new owner (45 days into this community) I hate this company. I have been repeatedly lied to about stupid crap. Today I was told I needed to login to there software to update my email address to receive notices from the community but cannot login to there software until they add my email address to the login system. After multiple emails still unresolved. Guess paying them is going to be out of the question since I cant even get them to acknowledge that I own the property after sending them closing documents from the title company on multiple occasions already. The worst HOA ever! Non responsive, does not care about the community and needs of a people. We pay so much money to be treated horribly!
I have owned 8 properties between Sarasota and St Petersburg, Florida since 2006, all with HOAs and management companies running them. Never have I experienced such a terrible company as Tropical Isles Management. It has been such a negative experience dealing with them since I moved here in November that I am considering selling and moving to another condo building with a better, more responsive management company.
