AG Rentals put up some walls in our basement to create a spare bedroom. They did an incredible job! They answered any questions that we had in a timely manner, they got the job done quickly/efficiently (even with all of this snow and cold) and were super clean. Ed was great to work with. We will definitely reccomend them to others!

They have a lot of properties. AG is not easy to work with. I left their services. Most of the properties are bad. They are more expensive than they should be. Maybe this review will help customers and employee's. The owners really need help. Have better standards of yourself. Treat people better.

Wow!!!! Most landlords I've experienced were.....awful. Especially in regards to maintenance. I've had nothing but positive interactions and communication with this new company.And the maintenance crew are awewome!!! Very happy!

I'm really grateful I was introduced to Sara and Ed at AG Rentals. After having a horrible experience with our last property management company, it is a HUGE breath of fresh air to work with a company that cares about their tenants, is professional, and is thorough with their bookkeeping. I highly recommend AG Rentals as an investor!

Though their not too bad at sending their maintenance crew for repairs, They sent Lays Roofing to redo the roof & very short notice meaning a few hours on them starting. I work out of town but headed back asap. Needless to say they did damages to one of my vehicles. Reported it to AG & they blamed me. Very unpleasant & unprofessional experience.

Worst experience I ever had as a landlord. f you are a remote landlord and not present locally, avoid Sara and her company like the plague. I had two of my properties under contract with them and had several issues. They quoted me $2500 to refurbish a property which I paid but when I took over the property from them, I found that several of the things were not even done. I had to threat litigation for them to come back and finish those repairs. After doing all those repairs, they were not able to find a tenant for three months. AG rentals is great! I love that they come they they do any type of Maintenance you need when you put in a ticket. They're fast and they actually clean up behind themselves like if they come do your plumbing, Lawn Care, snow removal Etc

We had a pleasant experience with AG. We needed to rent a home while we were building our forever home and they were able to find us a place. Maintenance issues were taken care of promptly. Move in and move out was also very smooth. Highly recommend this company if you need a rental home.

They're horrible to Tennants who need work orders done and just outsource everything like they don't care about the people who live there i will be filing a lawsuit for false advertising because your maintenance line doesn't actually run 24/7 and people are extremely rude

I consistently rate Ag rentals.five stars after more than a decade of loyalty, Upon submitting a work order, I promptly receive a notification the following day to confirm my availability for a technician to address the issue...thank you ag rentals for having me.

Everyone is very friendly and work with you . I put in a work order and within hours they had someone out here fixing it . Highly recommend renting through AG Rentals !

Ag rental is the worst they damaged my property they do not communicate if called emailed and text I signed for a year they tried to kick me out a month early I do not recommend this company to anyone

Had issues with the water heater. Maintenance immediately came over, inspected the water heater. Decided instead of wasting time to fix it, just went ahead and replaced the whole thing to prevent any future catastrophies. Took about an hour. Maintenance was very quick, efficient, and professional.

This is a TERRIBLE company and I hope no one ever rents from them. They have no consideration or care for their tenants.

Great rental property and great service and communication!

My family and I rent an AG Rentals home and we have been very happy with their communication, the easy application and move in process, and overall quality of the home. We have had a couple issues arise like all homes do, I simply submit a maintenance ticket and they have a crew here within a day or two. When we had an AC issue, they had a reputable contractor here the very same day and the issue was fixed. I would recommend AG to anyone looking to rent!

We recently rented from AG Rentals, and the experience has been excellent. Ed and his staff were extremely professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their maintenance team has also been amazing—quick to respond and very efficient. I highly recommend AG Rentals to anyone in the market for a home!

It's 2am and the water heater leak caused the ceiling to collapse. They were out twice in the last few months to repair it. Bottom is rusted out. Bare electrical wires in water. Previously had to threaten a law suit to get them to change an air filter, which they said was my responsibility. There was no place to put it and they had to have someone "fabricate" a place to hold it. This was after multiple attempts of trying to fix the furnace in the dead of winter and leaving us in the cold. It's still not properly installed. Horrible company to rent for! We lived there for almost 4 years and they wouldn’t fix anything. We had roots growing in our basement every year and they called people to come cut the roots when the people said it needed to be removed but they never wanted to remove the whole thing. So our belongings in our basement got water all over it. Our sink was clogged not our fault at all and they blamed us and made us pay for it to be fixed. We had our annual inspection and the guy said our staircase was a hazard because one of our steps were broken and needed someone to come fix it and it never happen…

The tenant above me had a leaking AC unit that soaked through my ceiling, causing pretty severe damage. Maintenence came by and quickly repaired the ceiling and painted it like new. Very fast and effective help! Great job!

I’ve been with A&G rental over 6years and I barely have problems with my home but last week I had a leaky faucet… They came the next day and replaced it with a brand new one with in 30 mins…. Let’s not forget about the big tree branches over my house, they took care of that and clean up their messy as well… No complaints here Shout Out to the Maintenance Team at A&G Rentals

I am a fairly new tenant with A G Rentals and Property Management. I felt compelled to express my appreciation of one of their employees . Raphael is part of their maintenance dept. and was responsible for repairing my attic fan. Being on the 2nd flr my place gets quite warm even with my air conditioning unit running. The attic fan works great and makes entire apt. cool so when it was not operating I was very uncomfortable.. AG Rentals wasted no time getting maintenance out to look at it. Raphael had it running less than an hour later and I am grateful for his knowledge in handling my problem.…

The best rental company around! I’m currently a tenant and these people and staff are absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience with this company! The Maintenance team A1 and gets your work done on time and same day which is a huge plus! The whole office staff is polite and respectful and Always a big help when you have any concerns! Hands down A&G is the goat of all rental properties no questions ask!

They rented me a house without doing a walkthrough. I was desperate & signed a rental agreement. I went to view the house in person on my own accord the day before my scheduled move in. There were rats running from the fence to a hole underneath the foundation of the house. I was hopeful, thinking they were just outdoors and I could lay down traps and poison. Unbeknownst to me they had already made my home theirs. I have been a tenant for about two years and A & G management has been absolutely amazing! The few times I needed maintenance repairs they responded quickly to fix the issues. The staff and maintenance technicians are always respectful and courteous.

Proceed with caution! Even though the house I rented from them was in better shape when I moved out compared to when I moved in, I didn't get my deposit back! They don't finish maintenance jobs. They damaged my car while fixing the garage door and refused to pay for the damage. They also assume that hundreds of nail and screw holes in walls is considered acceptable move-in condition. They are crooks, and I'll never use them again! If there were an option for zero stars, that is what they would get from me.
