If your neighborhood hires this company for property management, they will drive around your neighborhood taking pictures of violations, which is normal. However, this company will send violation notices to people that are NOT actually violations. Which is what happened to us. They seem to just harass homeowners from our experience. I am currently talking with DR Horton about the incorrect and harassing notices that are being sent and have everything documented for them. More effort should be put into making sure the violations are given correctly and have actual guidelines and standards to fo…
I needed assistance on how to submit an application for the board to approve a project for my home. Christin Jackson was a huge help in getting me the information I needed and responded back to me very quickly.
Since Cassie has become a part of the Milagro community and assisted the board of directors, we have really accomplished more than ever. She’s quick to respond to us, always there to assist, with great follow up on questions or concerns. We truly appreciate her!
AAM has been our HOA management company for years. They really do a good job of keeping us in compliance with HOA laws and assisting us to meet our obligations as an HOA Board. Our AAM representative, Christina Jackson, always responds quickly to any questions and/or concerns we may have. I also feel she genuinely cares about our community and continually looks out for our best interests. I look forward to many more years working closely with Christina and AAM to efficiently manage and improve our community.
Met with Susan Gomez today for the first time for a submittal of a landscape design for my home. She is very helpful over the past few months answering questions about the Association in my new area. The Team in Fort Wayne has been very helpful in the process of getting me settled in my new home. They have gotten back quickly and responded to all my questions either over the phone or via email. I am very pleased with the Management team.
Susan Gomez has been amazing to work with in this community regarding the HOA. In the past, it’s been very tough getting ahold of a HOA contact so this is like a breath of fresh air. Not only is Susan’s communication on point she has went above and beyond since the first time reaching out to her. Thanks!
