Of my 20+ years in the military, we decided to rent instead of buy. Capital Property has been the best property manager that we have ever worked with. They were responsive to the few things that went wrong and were always there to answer random questions. I highly recommend them.

Apartments are clean and fresh with nice upgrades. Communications is always fast with property managers. I enjoy the fact that Biggs takes care of maintenance of the yard, snow removal, and issues within the apartment as well.

My husband and I finally decided it was time to upgrade from a 1 bedroom apartment to a house. I had been searching rental sites for over a year because it was certain things we were looking for in our future home that were non-negotiable. I got a notification from 1 of those sites that a new rental was available on a Wednesday and was doing a self tour by Friday. After walking through this well maintained house, I told my husband "This is my home". Jared walked us through the application process and made it very smooth and easy.
