If you are a young person , or couple or even single I would NOT rent from this company . This rental experience has been the worst out of my 12 years of renting . Please please read there book long contract stating they own the house but you pay for everything except the owner ship. I had multiple issues with this company keep in mind I was living in one of there homes for 2 1/2 yrs . They finished out my contract and desired to have my renew it late and once I started I would be moving out of state but I would need month to month they roped me into a 6 month contract so would have to continu…
