Do not rent from them they don’t care about the outside of properties they buy leading to disputes and headaches from other homeowners next door to their property! If it doesn’t make the owner of the home money they won’t touch anything

I would have been happy to let the maintenance guy use my bathroom if he had just asked, but apparently he thought it was easier to just piss in the street in front of my house behind his work van while my 6-year-old son and I were walking out the front door.

This is the best Group you will ever find around town to get you into a new home. They are an amazing team and take very good care of all their tenants.

99% of the 1-2 star ratings are from 6+ years ago. This company has been under new ownership for a couple years now and deserves nothing less than a 5 star. It’s a new, young, gung-ho group that really care about what they do. They love to work with their tenants, and I’ve enjoyed every interaction I’ve had with them. Highly recommend

I would never recommend this place to anyone, there was so many things wrong with the house and when we sent the list to get them fixed after first moving in no one came then i out in that we have mold growing in the bathroom walls and they cancelled that request and i have children in my home

We are good tenants. We pay our rent faithfully, keep the property clean and presentable, and keep good relationships with our neighbors. Over the five months since moving into this house managed by Fort Warner Property Group, the house has taken on a foul odor. The gutters hold water that drips slowly from the seams and smells stagnant. The air ducts were full of animal hair, melted crayons and, construction materials, plus rust, mold, and spores. This company has been great!!! There’s a lot of comments in here from people who destroy the house they lived in then blame the maintenance company. Trust me, they will work with you, they’ll fix the problems and they care about their properties. I always get great help and the front desk lady Meredith is always awesome!!

Generally easy to work with, and front desk staff is helpful within their boundaries. The issue lies in maintenance scheduling - we've gone weeks to months without issues being fixed or worse yet, have had someone come to fix an issue only to check their phone and say they're being sent somewhere else by their boss without actually fixing anything. We were told they would come back after this urgent call, and then weeks later, they've still not even contacted us to come back out. It's not like these aren't urgent matters either - a pipe was leaking under the kitchen sink and it caused the cab…
