I’ve been a resident with Midtowne for almost five years now. Maintenance has always been inconsistent and done shoddy work, but now it’s been almost five days without working heat during the coldest part of the year. Heat went out Friday, they made me wait until their preferred contractor was available Monday when the temperature was 4 degrees out. They then told me that their contractor would be back Tuesday evening to repair it, so I left work early to be sure I could be home to meet him. He never showed. They talk down to you when they send you notifications about not to use certain appliances that are backed up due to pipes getting clogged. And they get smart-mouthed with you when you start asking questions about said issues. Hell of a way to treat the very tenants who pay their salary every month via rent.

Staff is excellent with text updates. Maintenance is on top of everything. I have no complains. Been a tenant for MidTowne for 15 months. Follow the rules!!

I am pleased with my apartment and plan to stay for many years BUT there is room for improvement. First, I would like to see UPPER management walk the property. Attention to detail is important. Most of the items listed are of little cost to repair. The front door area needs some paint and a sheet of drywall board to cover the exposed 2x4's. cheap fix. The black stains on the drywall by the washing machines needs fixed with a new piece of drywall board. 2nd cheap fix. Need to plant some Hosta plants at the front door that require little light under the trees by the front doors and replace the …

I have lived here going on two years and am very pleased with my apartment. Maintenance is relatively quick to respond to any issues that arise, and the building and grounds are professionally maintained. I also love being able to pay my rent or request maintenence online with the click of a button.

Midtowne Realty is probably the best realtors I have ever rented from! The maintenance staff is awesome. When I was stuck in a wheelchair for 8mon. Michael went above and beyond for me, it was winter and he always made sure I was OK and he even offered to take my garbage out! Thanks Michael! I’ve rented from Midtowne for 9 years. They are great people and I’ve never had any issues when it comes to repairs needed in the home. They are easy to work with!

I moved into Westberry Apartments in December, 2014 and moved out in July, 2024. Those 9 years and 7 months were excellent living with Midtowne Realty. Super maintenance, excellent management. I was and am SO GRATEFUL to have lived there! I thank the Fisher family for allowing me to live a good life there!!

Midtowne is always respectful and professional. I have never had a problem with them until it came around time for the deposit return, being charged for things that are really ridiculous like gutter cleaning, light bulbs,which were not even working when I moved in as well as cleaning of a mirror which I cleaned before I left. I believe they just want to keep the deposit like they did when I was getting ready to move in they told me if I didn't have the second part of the deposit they just get to keep my deposit. I don't own the house I just rented it The property was clean period. 👎

The front desk staff are extremely responsive and courteous. The lease is thorough and explained. The maintenance techs are pleasant and courteous. The public areas are clean and well-lit. The building security and surveillance makes me feel safe. My neighbors are pleasant and safe people who have been background-checked. Overall, Midtowne runs an organized and involved business with honesty and good communication. They don’t over-promise, and they own mistakes. Extremely happy tenant of 7 years.

I moved into The Worthington, Apt 12, September of 2022 and moved out this month to a more handicap accessible apartment complex. I had NOTHING but good experiences as a tenant of Midtowne and if the building didn't have steps to enter/leave the building, I would STILL be living there! I had zero problems getting my entire deposit returned because we left the unit cleaner than when I moved in (DBD managed the Worthington at the time). I had a difficult time after I broke both of my tibias August 13th, 2023 and Midtowne Realty were wonderfully patient and kind so I was able to stay in my apartm…

READ BEFORE RENTING. Don’t rent with these heinous people who do not care about your wellbeing. They only care about the money that you give them they will not give your security deposit back no matter how good you clean everything. There is black mold in the apartments that will make you incredibly sick and then they will come and spray paint on top of it and say they “fixed” it. I could list many other reasons you should never rent with these atrocious people but I’ll leave it at that.

Save yourself the headache and do not rent from this company. black mold and bed bugs, the heat/power would go out frequently. Had health issues related to the mold, and they still wanted me to pay rent. Didn’t receive any of my deposit back, and was charged cleaning fees after leaving the apartment spotless. Renting from Midtowne Realty was the biggest nightmare.

I’ve lived here for a year now and will continue to rent. Midtowne has always been helpful and diligent when it came to anything I needed. Maintenance is top notch and even the building maintenance has been amazing since I’ve been here. They always have someone here landscaping or doing regular maintenance. Not to mention that my good experience comes from every staff member I’ve ever came across. From the office to maintenance staff. Thank you all for showing me good property managements still exist. :)
