Ruh Roh, William is about to post a review after pounding a 2nd energy drink 😆. It's a vast improvement over the last place I was living at. I'm not finding myself doing the manager's job, or the maintenance tech's job because they're lazy, and incompetent unlike the last place. Much better staff here. There's some complaints about the build quality of the complex I live at by others. A lot of apartment buildings are built using price point but usable materials. It's not a big deal. They do not return phone calls even when they say that they will. They are very unprofessional. They set the time for my final walk through that I wanted to be there for because I don’t trust the management and no one showed up. Called and they said sorry and that she would call me back. Nothing… I took a video of my final walk through when no one showed up, that’s how much I don’t trust them. Finally got a call back saying they did the walk through. Started off ok apartments , they’re supposed to be affordable housing but it is not and a complete rip off for the price you pay. They keep raising the rent 100.00 but yet the Walls are paper thin, you hear dogs barking all day all night . Can’t even sleep but your paying almost 1,000 in rent . To not even live comfortably in your home. They want to increase rent but do nothing to improve quality. They do not handle ANY complaints!
