We have had Patrick and his team as our property managers for a few years now and they are professional, thorough and extremely responsive. Patrick knows the Ft Wayne real estate market inside and out. His knowledge and professionalism far exceeded our expectations. They go the extra mile to make sure prospective tenants are vetted properly and their suggestion for rental income is fair and competetive.
