My experience with Jackie was quite well for our rental property. She took care of the refrigerator really quick when it needed a repair. She helped with sharing the contacts for utility services and provided a garage door remote controller which was not at home initially. Basically she found a way to help us whenever we needed. She is someone that i can trust if I need another place next time. Thanks for the services.

My experience has been Good and I find Jackie to be no-nonsense and fair; honest and forthright about issues and particulars such as when is mowing/weed-eating; Trash p/u; and any issues with other tenants. The house is OLD, like many others, but is in good repair and all the appliances, ceiling fans, and plumbing works. I would, and am recommending Perfect Pad to a friend, and noticed some negative comments on here. I understand some people may not have had the same experience, but I also know that in life there are some people that just always make excuses and rarely take accountability.

I have been a renter from Jackie since 2018 and her service has been 100% amazing. I've had my A/C cleaned and repaired, my toilet replaced, a door bell installed and new smoke detectors. She is firm but fair. She even helped me sell my parents house after they unfortunately passed away in 2022 and 2023. She is well skilled, educated and gets the job done in a timely manner.

Very fair rent price but Jackie seems to always take her time to send people out to fix things wrong with HER property. For instance, our water heater almost blew up because she did not get the proper help to show up and fix it. She had someone come to reset the hot water heater, hoping to put a bandage on the issue. Fast forward a couple weeks later, our central air goes out and no cool air is blowing at all. We currently sit at 10 days since we have reported the issue and absolutely no results. used to rent an apartment that jackie had taken over from previous landlord. had nothing but good experiences. anytime something broke, i had gotten it fixed the next day or within a few days. including when someone tried to break into my house and kicked my door in. got it fixed the next day. would 100% recommend perfect pad to everyone i know.

My experience met expectations at least and exceeded at best. I'm going to give it five stars to offset some of these nasty reviews. Was the place I rented perfect? No but it was 120 years old. Issues were handled promptly when asked and we were left well enough alone. Jackie was nice in person and seemed to know what she was talking about. We needed a spacious place to move to for a year that had a good parking situation and was near pfw and that's exactly what we got.

I recently had the pleasure of finding a terrific apartment in a great neighborhood. From the start Jackie was straight forward and helpful. She was easy to talk with and that was very refreshing. Her office personnel is Crystal ( sorry if I misspelled)and she was enjoyable to talk and is very professional and knows her "stuff". I look forward to my rental experience with Perfect Pad Realty. Btw the people I dealt with were very accommodating and that's why you cannot believe every thing you read.
