I’m going to give 3 stars only because the owners of this company are amazing!! Destini on the other hand is unprofessional! (Go to the 1 star reviews and look at how she responds) Make SURE you take photos when you move out that’s the only way you’ll get your deposit. She tried to charge me thousands however I had photos and the judge disagreed with her. He said I left the house in good condition and it was regular wear and tear I wasn’t responsible for. They are a great company to rent from, just don’t get on Destini bad side, and make sure you photograph everything when u move out.

My time with this company will be one to remember! Staff acted on everything in a timely fashion, maintenance team is superb and have been since the very first day my lease began, and Destini was nice and easygoing to work with. Communicative, kind, and helpful!! Any issues were resolved with no delays. Highly recommended!!

We have been renting from Property X Management for a year now and they are wonderful! Big shoutout to the maintenance team. They have fixed everything we have needed in a timely manner. 100% would recommend them to you!

Been housing with this company for a few years now and I been satisfied , Great neighborhood if you have kids also. We have lived in our property for almost 3 years. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a rental company. Destini is so easy to communicate with and maintenance has been phenomenal. Home sweet home. It doesn’t get any better than Property X. The properties are well kept, up to date and big! Destini is a blessing. She’s very professional, personable & accommodating. The application and move in process was by far the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Destini is on the ball. Maintenance responds quickly and they always call before they come. Eric has great follow through and he keeps you informed. They don’t harass or bother you about anything. Look no further, you’ve found the right places. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

We lived at our rental home for 3.5 years. Destini was so easy to work with from the beginning. They are always available to answer questions, help you with your transition, they even helped us after we moved out to retrieve mail that kept getting delivered there. I see a lot of reviews about not getting deposits back, I don’t think people are very honest with themselves. I had two dogs, they caused some damage. It is what it is. I've lived in my apartment for over two years! I love everything about them. Inspections, fast at repairs and they take care of their property!!
