I used the firm for 4 months to manage my adjacent 600 square foot 2-bedroom, one bath cottage. I was not pleased with their cleaning crew after each guest left ( cost the owner $120), and felt the project manager should have checked, followed-up on their work, attention to detail etc. When the cottage was purchased, the oven was new, never used and for two years it was kept that way. We rented from RM for 2 years.iin Autumn Grove Trailer Park in Lagrange. We were told we would be paying for the trash other tenants left around the park and yards. When they were evicted some stayed with other renter in the self same Park. There was no park manager in the Park. So if we had an issue like trailers have frozen busted pipes They could not come immediately so some in the park shut the water off so we would still have water. Nightmare on cass street!!! Home full of mouse!! Abandoned homes everywhere. Absolutely not save for your growing family. Put multiple work orders.They never come fix anything!!!

To start off with I would give them zero Stars if I could. They removed access to my apartment with no prior notice and then they left the access off my apartment for over 6 hours to where I was trapped in a very small apartment for majority of the day with no prior notice. nor options to get out of my apartment during the process of them recreating the entrance to my apartment. Was not consulted. Was not asked anything about the construction of apartment entrance or My ability to exit.
