STAY AWAY FROM SELECT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!! I had a property with them and we had a unit vacant. Instead of going with prospective tenants to show them the unit, they would instead provide the prospects with the keycode to go view the units themselves. I guess this saves them manpower and time. What ended up happening was that one of the prospects left the toilet running for a month (I guess nobody from Select bothered to check up on the unit) and I ended up getting hit with a $1600 water bill. Extremely responsive and quick. Consistent. Called after work hours due to basement well pressure tank spraying water out and maintenance on call answered phone, then took my info and notes... within 10mins received call back form maintenance and they were at property within next hour or so. Temporarily addressed the issue for the night and contacted tenants and addressed with them. The next morning, had well specialist there to remedy, replace the rusted out failing tank and water was back on and tenants all set. I own property and rented it through Select Properties. They have given excellent service. The fees are reasonable. There are a few bad reviews but all repairs have to be approved by the owners, so that can probably cause a delay.

Extremely unwilling to work with you in any way when having difficult times. Find a different company to work with. Edit: I am sure, you guys evicted my mother and family after we reported various cracks/foundation issues in the house and requested the report from the contractor you sent out. Even though you accepted ERA money at the end of everything 🤔

Honestly this was probably the best rental experience I have had in years. Easy process, staff always helpful. Price for my rental for where the location was and condition of rental, was reasonable. I would definitely rent from Select again if needed. Thank you

If I had any issues that needed to be took care right away, they have been very helpful and responsive with excellent service on taking care of any matters and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The owner did a fantastic job cleaning and renovating the place. It smells clean, no signs of anything wrong. I am impressed with the attention to detail.

While my experience during the lease term was generally positive, the handling of my security deposit at move-out was unacceptable and lacked transparency. As a real estate professional who manages rental properties, I am well-versed in standard move-out procedures and tenant responsibilities. We left the home in excellent condition—better than when we moved in. Despite this, $150 was withheld from my security deposit without any prior notice or itemized explanation. 2-1/2 year tenant and I have been nothing short of impressed by Select Property Management. Self-guided tour of the unit allows for private contemplation. The application process was very straight forward. E-signed lease agreement & other acknowledgments. The only trip I ever made to their office was pick up the keys! Currently renting and very satisfied with Select. Home inspections are very easy with it being self guided where we don't need to coordinate having someone come to the home, every maintenance request has been handled promptly (same day on some emergencies like heat malfunctioning during the winter), and when it came time for lease renewal, we weren't met with a large rent hike as has been the experience with most property management. Would definitely recommend working with Select for your next rental.

I absolutely adore the team here! Getting out of the military beginning of this year I was so worried about getting my own place for the first time but due to the communication from both Erik and misty the process was easier than it should have been. From simple concerns to maintenance issues, every problem is fixed or addressed within the day and with that kind of attentiveness and care I certainly don’t see myself leaving this home any time soon!

We have a great 4 bedroom home. Select management is always there to help answer questions. Maintenence requests are completed pretty well and the staff is all really nice.

Communication is great! They kept me informed and up to date through the whole sign up process. One of their personnel, Misty, came in to meet me at the office on a day when the office was closed so I could sign documents and get keys. They responded immediately to service calls and resolved the issues very quickly! I highly recommend Select Property!

I’ve lived in my house for about 7 months now and Select Property has been wonderful. Applying for and viewing the houses beforehand was easy and seamless. Misty in the office was incredibly helpful in the beginning with the paperwork and keys. I’ve had one maintenance call and they were out and working within a day. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and hope to stay in my home for as long as possible.

They offer a perfect balance of support—they are there when you need them, and leave you alone when you don't. 2025 edit: I’m still very happy with SPM’s staff and services. I moved to a property where the owners have done a much better job maintaining the place, and the positive difference is HUGE. It definitely shows me the issues I had at my previous residence were caused by the owner’s refusal to invest in maintaining the building.
