Phil at Sturges has proven success simultaneously accommodating our existing tenants' expansion, new tenants leasing and the TI that goes along with that all in a timely manner.

Shelby is a rockstar. Always attentive to our needs. Had several suggestions for possible sites. We couldn’t be happier with our new space. We just opened yesterday and the foot traffic is amazing. Also, shout out to all the support staff. We opened in record time and they moved mountains to make it happen. Thank you Amber and Eric! This place is a Joke. I was warned before using them from a current tenet that they are completely worthless when it comes to anything but taking your money. I took 6 months to get 1 thing done that was extremely important to a business and she gas lit me over it for month untill I called the supervisor. Be warned. I was and didn't listen. I wished I would have. They could care less about anyone. My partner knew the family very well and they still didn't care if that tells you anything. Stay away at all costs.

I had the pleasure of working with Shelby on my lease renewal. She listened to my concerns and provided me with constant updates through the process. She is very friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I would not hesistate on renewing my lease again with her!
