They sent an HOA bill that appeared like a SPAM mailer on the outside, so we did not even realize it was a bill until the 2nd notice came. With the letter giving us limited time to pay it (yes, on us as well for not realizing til 2nd notice) - we promptly got online to pay. Turns out, you have to email them to get an invite to set up an online account. Well, the link is not coming through, so now how do we pay? This is crazy!

Terrible property management company. They ttake the associations money to collect their service fees but they don’t do anything to represent an association. They don’t hold residents accountable to the association.covenants. They don’t respond when you let them know there is a problem. I highly recommend looking for a different company if you are looking for a property management company.

I had a agreement made with past dues as long as it was paid by the end of year there would be no lien on our home so i make a payment Sept 19 then on Sept 24 they file for the lien i would never live in another HOA ever especially by them since agreements dont matter to them they will go behind your back

Absolutely awful people and business practices. They hold no accountability, morals, even integrity of PLOWING the neighborhoods’ community streets they are responsible for. They discriminate, lie, and steal. NEVER MOVE INTO THE NEIGHBORHOODS run by them. I promise they are snakes-I am fully counting on a response which will hold ZERO accountability and shift ENTIRE blame onto myself. They don’t care about anyone in your community. I have called to ask if something can be looked into. They never do. They are in business for money only. That is why our rate goes up every year. Every year we get less in services!!!

Many people in the community have reached out for the past few months to report that the pond at the front of Bentley Estates is losing water and how it’s a potential safety risk for the kids in the neighborhood that play near it. Was informed that no replenishment wells were installed in any of the ponds in the neighborhood and that nothing can be done to help.. and that it’s not a safety risk. This is just sad and embarrassing for a new community that’s still being built and trying to sell lots near this pond. Also sad that we pay extra for a lot by a pond just to see this everyday.

Being on an HOA board is a big job! Sunrise does an amazing job of handling financials, coordinating vendors, handling architectural control issues, and keeping our neighborhood looking great! As a board member, we get to make the decisions, but Sunrise does all the work to make our HOA board decisions happen. Very pleased! Most people that leave Google reviews for management companies don’t want to pay their dues or have violations in their neighborhood and are bend out of shape because they are held accountable for breaking HOA rules. By far the best management company our HOA has utilized.

Sunrise Property Management Group took over our HOA and made everything better. They are quick to respond to any issues we have. They took all the hard responsibilities away from our existing HOA board and work with our board on a constant basis to resolve issues. If your neighborhood is considering hiring a property management group, please reach out to them. They will make your lives a LOT easier!

Prices have gone up 3 years consecutive, but less is done in two neighborhoods that I lived in with HOA management company. They can't put any salt down whatsoever. It's the very least that can be done. No holiday decorations. Cars crash into houses because streets aren't salted or cleared.

HOA fees go up every year, less work is done, especially in the winter time. Neighborhood off Hamilton road gets neglected with salt. Mailboxes get ran over and not fixed. Zero decorations for holidays. We pay nearly 300 dollars for it and for what?

The service we get is crap. We have no amenities in our neighborhood for the price we pay we should have a playground at the very least. We were promised a speed sign 2 years ago to help slow traffic in our neighborhood and it has never happened. We have 3 tiny islands on our street which get cared for once a year and my husband would do the work that is being done for free. Our memories board has said the same thing for 6 years. And worst we know that somehow more than half the houses in our neighborhood are not part of the HOA. So we are held to standards that other houses are not. So why sh…

0 willingness to try to assist in a simple matter and honest oversight. Took days to even get a response back and the property manager was very unpleasant to work with. When stating that I would need to leave a negative review after no willingness to try to assist, she responded with simply "Okay. Let us know if there is anything else you need." The service, or lack thereof, seems to be consistent with the reviews that so many others have left. It's clear the company puts no effort in being service-oriented for its tenants, but instead is focused solely on making a dollar.

When calling, you always get voice mail, never actually get to talk to a representative. I reside in Morgan Creek (Coves of Morgan Creek) Addition and I never see any representative within the association driving around to observe or address any issues. Our Addition entry looks so neglected and horrible. Weeds growing all over sign and landscaping, trees and plants that were planted are either dying or dead. No mulch or rock placed down this year as well. Areas around the ponds look horrible. Yards in entry way are not addressed along with parking on main entry way. Poor property mana…
