I have had ups and downs with Swyft group, but in the end, they care about me as a person. Even during hard moments and lengthy repairs, they have bent over backwards to accommodate me and my family! Just be sure when you move out to look at the contract and clean as much as you can lol!

Landlords are super nice and always open to answering our many questions. Kids enjoy playing outside which makes it seem like a nice and safe neighborhood!

Great apartment, and they work really quick and fast on anything maintenance related.

This is me second time renting with Swyft, and they have been great! Every maintenance issue is resolved in a timely manner with minimal disturbance. Mary is very helpful and has always responds to questions or issues within a few hours. The location of the apartments (North Point) are great with grocery stores, gym and the movie theater within walkable distance. So far, its been a great experience.

Swyft Group has been excellent to work with for almost four years now. They provide excellent maintenance and lawn care services with the standard lease rental contract costs. The property and grounds for the Parker Street Condo/Apartments is well kept. Furthermore, the management is always helpful and reasonable to work with on any tenants issues until a resolution is reached. Great rental company, the unit I reside (Warsaw) is clean, modern, and the area is safe. Every email communication is given a response in a timely manner. Thank you to the property managers & maintenance team for the upkeep of the building and facilities!!

I rented with Swyft for 5 years and had a wonderful experience. They have always been very attentive to any maintenance issue that may occur and have it resolved sooo fast! And their prices are very reasonable as well! Awesome people , Mary is the best! I highly recommend!! :)

From mold, fire hazards, poor management. They don't care about your safety. If you value your animals and your self worth. Don't rent from these money hungry people. If you are currently. Get rentals insurance! Just incase your place isn't there when you get home.
