The apartments are pretty nice. But: • The elevator is broken more often than it is not • Some of the amenities listed on the website are not actually available (but they're not listed in the lease, so management considers that okay) • When it rains, the garage ($150/month/spot) fills with a few inches of sewage, and various bits of "stuff" remain when it's eventually dried out • Emails to management take weeks to get responses, if at all

Good price for the unit, large sqft, maintenance response is decent. 2/5 is due to the basement parking garage leaking from the ceiling damaging the cars when it rains and the elevator breaks every week, and has been down the last two months. Unfortunately there is only 1 elevator.

Every summer the elevator is out. From June-August I’ve never seen it work once. I live on the 9th floor and get out of work at 2 AM. I can’t be doing these stairs every day it makes me not want to leave my apartment cause I know I’ll have to climb these stairs every time. There’s no air conditioning in there and I’m covered in sweat whenever I get to the top. Friends/girl friend don’t want to come over because of these stairs and what am I supposed to do if I bust my leg or I’m injured? We should be compensated for these busted elevators

I am so in love with my apartment here. It’s a giant two bedroom two bath with the largest windows spanning the living room wall looking over Washington St. The street can be pretty noisy, but my bedroom is far from the living room so I never hear anything when I’m sleeping. The internal walls are also extremely thick so I never hear my neighbors. Given it’s an older building, my apartment amenities work surprisingly well - AC, dishwasher and laundry. Location is great, right the heart of downtown. I recommend living on a lower floor as the elevator has been broken for the last 2-3 months or it will trap you inside if it’s running.

I have asthma and live on the 10th floor. The only elevator in this building has been out for a majority of the time I've lived here with minimal updates regarding its status. At no point during my tour or move-in appointment was I made aware of the constant elevator issues, and if I knew I would not have moved in. If you have a disability do not live here.

Great location. Love that the walls and floors are very thick and you can’t hear others around you. However, the elevator is always breaking and is really a big issue. Living on one of the highest floors in the building with a toddler to carry, groceries, and etc.. is pretty dreadful. We have lived here for 4 years and love it. The walls are thick, so we cannot hear our neighbors. We can walk to big attractions, we don't need an extra car anymore and the rate is reasonable.
