Very well maintained and friendly community. They also have monthly events ran by community builders, so it’s easy to get plugged in and meet some of your neighbors. I really like how they did not tear down the farm home and instead remodeled it as a community space for the complex. The modular homes also make it feel more like homes and less like apartments, which is a plus.

This is a place I had never been before. It is interesting the way the complex is configured -:like bungalows divided into living spaces, like a duplex. Different from what one is used to seeing.

HORRIBLE. Do not be tricked by the modern kitchen. At first it was cool until it wasn’t. First off there’s no storage closet. I have to store my Christmas tree in the second bedroom closet. I had mold growing and the leasing agent told the maintenance man to wipe it Clorox wipes. My apartment looks like it’s about to fall apart it has so many cracks and when I told them about it, they said it was because the apartment has been “ settling” and they would come fix it in the spring. NEVER DID. not to mention there will be HELLA spiders. And they increased the rent on me and told me the month of s…

Alder Woods is a great community to live in! The apartments are really nice-- I personally love the kitchen with the bar top counter and the bathroom with the storage closet. Irma, the property manager, is super helpful and has been nothing but a delight to work with. If you're looking for a quiet community with a beautiful apartment, look no further.

Hello, I recently moved into my apartment and absolutely love everything about it. My children love the new playground area and I love the fact that it is within walking distance from our front door! The apartments are new and they come equipped with washer and dryer’s. This was a selling point for me as I have children and laundry can be challenging. I called the office on Friday morning for a maintenance request I had and spoke with Irma she was very polite and professional as she took my service request. I am absolutely blown away by the incredible experience of living at Alder Woods. The location is awesome for accessing Indianapolis and Greenwood with almost immediate access to 65 and the staff in the best and most friendly I’ve ever gotten to work with. All the neighbors are kind, welcoming and the environment is clean and beautiful. Looking forward to the years ahead at Alder Woods!! My wife and I love it so much.

Quiet neighborhood. Great if you Work From Home with blazing fast internet (haywire). Irma in the orfice and the guys on the maintenance team are great. Definitely worth a look.

The units are immaculate and spacious for the price. The area is quiet, peaceful and has a rural feel. Irma and the other office staff treat you like family. Maintenance staff responds quick to requests! I would strongly recommend.

Amazing location, all brand new and so welcoming! Alder woods is everything someone would want in a new home very quiet, comfy, child and pet friendly. Staff is so kind and helpful.
