DO NOT RECOMMEND. My mom has paid her rent up until current month. She received an email about them filing and eviction. Upon checking the ledger, shows some late fees, a payment due for the current month and an eviction fee. How is an eviction filed if she’s in that current month of rent being due??? When she reached out via email, HEATHER was rude and offered no help or explanation. The rent also goes up every yr even though they have done no upkeep or fixing of the property. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We seen a property that was dirty and the place had roaches. The landlord pulled up with a cigar in his mouth and stayed in the car. The smell was horrendous and the carpet was bunched everywhere.

I just started renting with Alpine and have to say so far we are pleased. We payed the application fee, which was yes a bit pricey for the both of us but we got accepted and found an affordable house to rent. No major problems with the house, just some minor things we mentioned in our report. Once we picked it out, they were very transparent. I see a lot of people complain about the application fee and emails. They do the emails only in the beginning so that they have a paper trail of everything. I rented from Alpine for a couple of years. Now I am looking to get a reference so I can look for another place to rent, but Alpine does not answer their phones. Do. NOT rent from this "company".

Absolutely the worst place to rent. They will file eviction on you quick. They filed on us for them losing their records of our payments. Very unprofessional and shameful. Do not rent from this clowns.

Lucrative process but is fast & affective. Found the approval email in the Spam folder but they also send an approval text. Overall had plenty of housing to choose from & the contract is reasonable. They will work with you. I’m a felon frm over 7 yrs ago with 630 credit & they approved me. The cheaper the house, the more problems that will come with it as far as looks & maintenance.

I’ve been renting from alpine since 2019. Two different homes. I am very pleased with alpine. We’ve had plumbing issues that were resolved in the past and most recently a tree fell on top of the detached garage they fixed that also. In these last years I’ve also had a stove replaced and a new boiler. I decided to review because they definitely are great landlords. My application process was also pretty easy, I’ve had to apply twice since they sold my first rented home, give them a chance I’m not saying they’re perfect. Extremely unprofessional. Heather swears at the tenants & calls them names. She purposely causes issues for the tenants, such as refusing rent payments then filing for eviction because we "didn't pay rent". All this in retaliation for calling the health department because the ceiling fell through onto my 8 year old daughters head. That was over a year ago, and the ceiling still hasn't been fixed. Very unprofessional tried to overcharge me on rent, wouldn't even admit they were wrong and "credited" my account.

This is one of the worst companies you could ever do business with. I spent 2 years renting one of their properties. They are impossible to get a hold of, provide no help with communications, and take advantage of lower class families by tacking on insane late fees. Not to mention, their outdated website randomly cut off my autopay twice during my two year stint without warning me, and I only found out through a $100 late fee that they tag onto the account. And they don't take any phone calls, so I had to dispute this by email with Heather. Absolutely horrendous experience all around.

Alpine is a joke! They rent out CRAP houses and do not maintain them. There staff is rude, uneducated, and fraudulent. We signed a lease for one amount per month and they charged us an additional $75 a month on top of what we signed to pay. They do not reply in a timely fashion or answer all questions asked. This company is hands down the worst property management group I have ever worked with. The property manager Heather Brauchia is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile. She expects us to respond promptly when she emails us but will ignore our emails and sometimes never even respond. She has a superiority complex and thinks that she runs the world. We have rented for them for years out of necessity, not because we want to. We have had many issues including them losing our rent checks that we had mailed and lying about it to cover it up. I have been renting with Alpine for 4 years now, have been stellar renters as we have only been late on rent *ONE* time in *4* years. I found a bigger home available through Alpine more suitable for my now teenage daughters and my mother, that was well within our price range. Our current home is 700 square foot, and we have outgrown it. They insisted we (my mother and i) apply, which we did, paying the $130 fee. House is a dumpster fire and I'm living in sewer gas, black mold, no floor in my kitchen, no doors on my bedrooms, toilet constantly backed up, sewage in my tub, sewage in my basement, sewage blows you off the toilet, holes on my floors and walls ....shall I continue 😡🤬

Been at my house for almost a year, and it has become inhabitable. No insulation, holes in the ceiling, floor sinking in, broken window… the list goes on. Dirty needles in the garage when i first moved in, and the garage door wasnt even attached. Took almost a month to fix. And changed the dead bolts but gave me the wrong key! Overall this place is garbage!! And of course no call backs from sent emails nor a working number to actually talk to someone. Only have 2 months left on my lease, but i dont think I’ll make it. Alpine is very fast in taking care of what's broken.my water heater went down and they immediately put in a new water heater.

Been a renter from yall for 6 years and been trying to get a copy of my lease from you for a month. No one answers the phone, the door, an email, literally nothing. I saw in the reviews Alpine commented they review these daily. Well maybe if I ask for a copy of my lease here I can atleast get a response! Yall are an awful AWFUL company

Been with alpine 4 years I love all the ladies in the office , I love my house they always fix all my concerns at a responsible time .

This place is a scam how is it that I can’t afford the rent but yet I make 3,500 a month and the craziest part is I have a buddy that rents with them and if you want to re rent with them and if ur Interested in a different property you have to reapply and pay the application fee again it makes no sense what so ever if your already in the system why reapply

WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. The incompetence is off the charts. Office hours 10am to 1pm and they close for lunch. No one answers the emergency maintenance line. Check everything as in actually move appliances away from walls. I rented a house with appliances that house a mice infestation, broken windows, and a stench that came from the furnace turning on that compares to the smell of death. 2 weeks so far and no one can answer. Yes that means no Christmas dinner😡save yourselves a nightmare and DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
