Worst rental company in Indiana. The lady in the office we had contact with was rude. They would not fix anything the one time they did come to fix the furnace the guy put duct tape to half way make it work. when the real repair man come back to fix it right. Worst rental company. Rented a house and plumbing was messed up. The heat only worked half the time. Would wake up in morning to it being below 40 degrees. They had brush and trash pile in backyard and tried to fine us like 500 to mow and clean and was from previous. When asked about fixing stuff when moved in was told they don't fix little stuff would have to do self. Little stuff to them is plumbing. About the worst company you could choose to rent with. We had been renting and had sewer gas filling our house every day for 10 months. We've had unlimited issues with their "repair men" that they send out. They also have zero empathy for their tenants. One of the property managers actually will gaslight you and tell you there isn't a problem when he has never even been on the property since the lease started. They won't let you out of the lease even though their properties are quite literally falling apart. My recommendation is to run far away from this "business"

Horrible processes, maintenance department are very condescending (Tracy and Tiffany). There is no sense of urgency and everytime I submit a request to get something fix Tiffany keeps telling me the house is rented “as is”. Anytime the rhetoric regarding the condition of the house is explained to be rented “as is” pretty much means they do not want to put any money into it. this is the worst property management group in Indianapolis. They will get an attitude with you. Your house is pieced together enough for you to get in then when it falls apart they get your deposit because they knew it couldn't withstand a year of wear and tear in the first place. Absolutely no one should deal with this company.
